The media could not be loaded. So frustrated with this product. Worked really well the first two months then the filter started flashing. I have bought three different filters. The filters I purchased were the ones recommended by the company, and nothing is working. I tried reaching out to customer service and got no response. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing theme. I do not recommend this product.Update: as you can see in my video I was very frustrated that the red light kept flashing filter. The speed was going from one to three back-and-forth, it was all over the place. I found out to reset the filter you have to hold the timer button for three seconds. Once I did that it started working normal again. User error.

Good lord, it is not a quiet running device. Thought we could replace the Winix purifier in our bedroom since this has a night mode but this thing is LOUD. Do not get it for this purpose.This seems like the kind of thing someone would run in a doctor's office or something -- probably works well, but there's a reason it's half the price of better air purifiers, and the hardware is just not comparable.So, good value for the price if you want to run this in a loud space like your living room, but we'll be returning it

I love this thing but I cannot figure out how to turn-off the "replace Air filter" light after i put a new filter in the machine.

Air cleanliness is very good while it's working. The noise level is not too bad. I changed the filter at 3 months and it has clearly been pulling things out of the air which is great. The problem is I've had it 5 months and the motor is already dying so durability is an issue, 5 months is not that long for something like this, I haven't even gotten through one full pack of filters.

Works great to filter the air from pet hair and smells. Really good size.

I love this air filter. Note to other customers: To reset the red filter light - press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds, you'll then hear a few quick beeps and the light goes off.
