It Works
I dissolve the stated amount for my hot tub in a cup of warm water then add to my hot tub. Keeps the pH where it should be. I have to use this once a week to keep the levels stabilized.

Arrived busted. Twice.
We regularly use this product, it’s good.The shipping though... it arrived open with the powder spread all inside the bag. Had a replacement shipped... same thing.Look for a different provider.

broken led
It arrived with lid off and intire content spilt.thank goodness it was in a shipping bag I could put it back it the bottle. The led is broken so it will not stay on.
