The item is good but no seal and looked liked it was opened had to bin and get refund will buy mascara elsewhere in future

I have long lashes and this was fantastic, it was great and very pigmented. The only thing I found is that it dried up pretty quickly but I think that is because I have my make up sat right by my window. Other than that it’s great, not waterproof but it lasts hours and I wear it most days still. I will definitely be buying another one when this one finally runs out :)

Perfect navy colour, just what I wanted, however ...... the quality appears defective, as the 'liquid' is very dry. I would guess that it has been opened, subjected to air getting in and resealed ... just like an old mascara. I ordered another one, so hopefully it is not the same.

Not going to purchase again. Bought based on good review in a well-known magazine, but this mascara did not fulfil my expectations. It's worse than the local supermarket's own brand mascara. It does not clump the lashes too much, but smudges like crazy. It does not lengthen, nor create volume, especially on the top lashes. Granted, my lower lashes do appear thicker, longer and bigger, my top lashes only appear darker. As a result I now only use this for my bottom lashes (and use Rimmel's Rockin Curves in Extreme Black for my upper lashes). Very easy to remove ( but also very runny if you cry or get any water on your lashes during the day when, for example, it rains). The mascara also tends to "shed" after a couple of hours of wearing it, so expect small black balls across your face that look like beauty marks from afar (but you know the truth!!!). I'm personally not a fan and so have to check my face in the mirror every fifteen minutes or so to ensure its black mascara free! The brush is quite weak, making it hard for it to reach every single hair and because I am a fan of bolder, darker finishes this product just does not do it for me. It wont do if you're after natural-looking results either. I think I need to stick to asymmetrical brushes from now on.P.S. When it arrived it was pretty dry, so I had to put a few drops of cream cleanser in it to get it "going". Used for about a month, then left aside. After three months or so of it sitting in my make-up box, I decided to try it out again (i.e. before the six months by which you should use-up an opened mascara run out) and it was completely dry again. So same thing - cream cleanser and it starts working. Not sure what that says about the quality of the pigmentation, oils and waxes inside.
