I’ve been taking these to help manage my menopausal symptoms. After trying many different options without expecting miracles, I can confidently say they work for me. These have significantly reduced many of my symptoms, such as hot flushes, anxiety, feelings of doom, brain fog etc etc and they have helped me stay calmer, avoiding that menopausal rage. I’ve been taking these Omega-3 capsules for a few weeks now, and overall, they seem pretty solid. The pills are a bit big, but that’s kind of expected with fish oil. No weird aftertaste or fishy burps, which is a huge plus. I also like that they don’t smell bad when you open the bottle orange flavour literally saved my life.i mainly take them for my skin which does feel glowy and clearer than before.The price is decent compared to other brands, and the quality seems good. If you’re looking for a reliable Omega-3 supplement without the nasty side effects, this one is worth a try!

Have to be honest I didn’t notice any difference in my body or the way I fell or recovered from exercise. After taking these tablets they’re quite big so if you don’t like solar tablets, these might not be for you and as I say, I didn’t notice any improvement so I wouldn’t buy them again I would try another brand instead.
