Actually helped
I found these really helpful during my first trimester. I took them everywhere with me. I would eat them after food to get rid of any taste. Great product

Use these for anxiety nausea and they are really good.

Taste fine
I bought these as a recommendation from my midwife during my pregnancy when I had hyperemesis (and vomited the full 9 months) to use when I had to travel. I personally don’t think these eased my nausea at all but is a fine distraction sweet to have during travel and it may well help ease travel nausea but unfortunately for me weren’t a miracle cure. I placed a sweet in my mouth between my teeth and cheek and didn’t suck (as only way for me not to vomit it up). I suspect these may be a good option when travelling with children who get travel sick but can’t back that up. They taste fine and decent flavour, sweet itself is much smaller than I anticipated.

Other soft mints available
They just taste like soft mints. They don’t work any better than any other soft mint would so, sadly, an expensive packet of soft mints rather than anti nausea.

Ok- but didn’t help me
Was struggling with morning sickness so bad. Gave these a go. At first they seemed fine to eat but then after a while the aftertaste to them made me feel more sick.Rather just buy some chewing gum!
