J'ai reçu le produit en boite ouverte déjà . sale et pleine d'huile noire donc sans doute déjà utilisée.les dimensions ne correspondent pas aux dimensions requises (pour les batteries ou l'essuie glace)sa tête est pointue et endommage la tête de support du bras d'essuie glace ou le port de batterie et en serrant pour l'extraire perce la surface de l'objet directement en contact.l'outil ne se serre pas correctement et les vices de serrage latérales sont quasi inutiles.NE L'ACHETEZ PAS!!!!!!

Not very good !
It is not finest at the ends an there for will not fit under the bearing . 30sec on a grinding wheel would of done it , BUT there you go useless an a waist of money :(

the pointed tip is as soft as butter! it just flattened right off trying to pull a small gear off an rc car motor! save your money!
