Great chalk set for my two year-old. The colors are fantastic and the chalk is very easy to wipe off of his chalk easel.

These are terrible. My 2 and 3 year old took them all apart within a couple minutes leaving sharp plastic pieces everywhere. The chalk is also more like a crayon material and does not wash away.

When I was younger, I always hated how the chalk would leave its dust everywhere! I hated how the chalk dust got everywhere on me no matter how careful I was! My little girl (4 years old) is also very particular on texture and she uses these chalks all the time. It is like coloring with crayons! I also quite enjoyed coloring with my girls. The chalk has a very waxy texture and it is dustless! I love how easy it is to twist it (like sharpening but without the hassel) and it is easy for the little ones to hold and color with, very lightweight, and I love the beautiful vibrant colors. Great quality! I highly recommend, just note that these chalks are smaller than the typical chalk but I found that them being smaller was really nice for my 4 year old and 1 year old because they have such small hands. They had such a great time using the chalk! And they walked away clean! Nothing on their hands or clothes. Very nice and relaxing not to have to worry about the dust getting all over them.

I have not attempted to clean this off the wall yet, but I am attaching a video of me and my toddler using these on a chalkboard wall.The chalk sticks themselves are about the length of a standard classroom chalk stick. They write buttery smooth even though it is a very textured wall, which I was pleased about. They are dust-free as advertised. I noticed that they are very waxy, quite similar to a crayon. Some of the colors are very vibrant, and others are very undersaturated. Those ones seem like they are going to run out pretty quickly because you have to press down alot harder to get some color out of them. With moderate use, these seem like they would last probably a month or so. But if I was to, say, spend a few hours doing a mural on my son's chalkboard wall, they'd be pretty much gone by the end. The value for the cost is very reasonable in my opinion, considering the variety of colors you get, and a holder for each one.

Pro: These chalk “pens” are easy to use and neat.Con: These are hard to erase with a standard eraser. We had to keep using a wet cloth to completely erase on the blackboard.
