Flat Top Kabuki Foundation Brush By KESHIMA - Premium Makeup Brush for Liquid Foundation, Cream, and Powder - Buffing, Blending Brush, Face Brush

I've only had this for a few days and used a couple of times, but so far I'm very pleased. The brush is nice and soft and makes applying foundation so much easier and smoother. It is light and the brush head is small enough to get around the eyes and nose while still giving great overall coverage. Too soon to comment on it's durability and hopefully the bristles won't fall out, but it certainly seems well made. I'm pleased with my purchase.

This was a birthday gift to myself and boy, I chose well.This keshima brush is well known as a dupe for the sigma brush, which has been listed on amazon for only £5 more, so is a 'cheap' dupe that's not a whole bunch cheaper worth the effort?I can't say much about the sigma, but this brush more than meets my expectations and needs.The flat top is fantastic for buffing foundation into the skin rather than letting it sit on top which the traditional foundation brush can do. This leaves a much more natural and 'airbrushed' effect to the face. The bristles are DENSELY packed into the head! a wow for this price bracket and they are super soft enough not to scratch but strong enough to hold their shape with the pressure of application.The bristles pick up enough foundation to disperse evenly without clogging up the brush (and so dragging) and grip enough to not seep or over saturate at the first touch, however I would strongly advise at least wiping the brush every time you use it if not rinsing as unlike the traditional foundation brush which tends to work a bit better with product already on the bristles (obviously not built up but not squeaky clean either), this doesn't and can lead to streaks where the brush is wiping rather than buffing.I'm really pleased with the level of coverage you can build up with this brush with a small amount of product from barely there to full coverage. I have tested this brush with a variety of foundations including oil based and 'water' based, with and without silicones and all though different application levels work well with this brush. It does love a silicone packed foundation as it really helps to buff and blend but I also get a flawless application with a silicone free £4 Makeup Revolution foundation which is clotted cream thick, the trick is buffing not swiping.The handle is chunky which helps support the proper grip for buffing and so enabling a good result by design. My only quibble would have been to take a tip from Real Techniques and flatten the bottom of the brush as it is really handy to stand up when adding another bit of foundation/concealer etc without having to put back in the pot or lay down and thus transfer product.Seriously impressed with this brush, I'm definitely a convert to the kabuki flat head, and considering the quality and the price bracket, this brush should stand for it's quality alone rather than just being a dupe, putting the other set on my Christmas list!A post script, this truly is a company that cares, and hold true to their 100% satisfaction claim as I had an issue with my brush four months down the line and they were fantastic in helping me, I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Seems a good brush for such a good price. I like the shape, weight and feel. Seems it will last long and it doesn't leave brush marks.

This brush was excellent quality. It was better than some of my high end brushes. It was densely packed and kept it's shape in use. It blended like a dream. It had just the right amount of bristles and was soft to the touch. It washed brilliantly with not a shed of hair.

This is super soft and really easy to use to apply a small amount. It gave a really nice finish. It comes with washing/care instructions as well. Very pleased with my purchase. Much better value than the highly priced one that the consultant used when I was buying a new foundation and she used a brush to apply it!

I've been using my old brush for a while, its done well but I have not been happy recently with the application of the makeup to my face. I thought maybe the foundation or my skin had changed (I'm 42 now and been using the same foundation since I was about 26), and as a last ditch attempt to improve the finished look of my foundation, I thought I'd change up my brush. My makes up looks much like it did when I first started using this foundation using this brush, so it definitely was just my other brush being too old!I went smaller with this brush, as my previous brush was a bulky Kabuki type and I found it hard to be accurate when applying. It's much easier to manage where the make up is going and control the amount better (I am using a powder buildable mineral foundation so it's important when trying to get coverage looking good).Overall, really happy with the brush. Price and quality are good. Now I can keep using my favourite foundation and have it looking great again, and I don't have to faff around looking for a new foundation.

I just love this brush for applying my foundation! It blends so perfectly, leaving no streaks at all. The little brush hairs don't fall out and it's super easy to clean. The seller is unbelievable at communicating and makes an asserted effort to follow up to make sure you are happy with the product. 5 star product, 5 star service!

I have always hated using make-up brushes, but this has changed my mind. Great quality - not too hard and not too soft.Will buy again..
