We bought a set of these several months ago. My husband liked them so much he asked me to another set. The grinder is at the top so they don’t leave grains of salt and pepper on the table. They work well.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer support from this company. They responded promptly and totally resolved our issues that were of no fault by them. I like the size and shape of these and look forward to long use.

These spice grinders are both attractive and highly functional. They have earned a coveted place on our kitchen table, displacing all other shakers and grinders. The brushed stainless portion fits any decor and provides plenty of grip when grinding. The glass portion holds a generous amount of spice (salt and pepper in my case) and always shows the amount remaining, unlike wooden pepper mills. A cover for each unit provides a means to keep stray grounds from exiting the mill to the table, but must be removed for each use. The exterior is super easy to clean with a damp cloth or paper towel. Highly recommended.

12/31/24 Updated ReviewThe Seller reached out to me and sent me another set to replace the set that I reviewed, below, earlier this year. So, customer service is very good! I really appreciated that they sent me another set. I took a picture showing all 4 together. The set with salt and peppercorns in it are from my purchase earlier this year. The CAPS on that set are from the set I bought in 2018, which died. I replaced the caps on the set purchased earlier this year, because they were sharp in two places, the edge of the metal where it rolls over the cap and curls underneath, and, the edge of the black plastic on the rims of the jars.SO . . .to Review the replacement set that the seller kindly sent me: It is less sharp around the black plastic rims on the jars. The lids, however, specifically, the edge of the metal cap that is curved underneath the caps, is still a tad sharp. Not as much as originally believed on the set purchased earlier this year, AND, probably NOT a sharp area for anyone with large fingers that would span across the area, but, for me, with small fingers that must curve totally underneath and clutch to grip and pull the cap off . . .I still will have to be careful not to slide my fingers across the caps, directly on the metal edge.IN OTHER WORDS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD, THE CAPS HAVE IMPROVED, NORMAL FINGERS WILL PROBABLY NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE METAL EDGES, AND, I WOULD RECOMMEND THE SET.Original Review: Not good, sharp. The set I had before, just broke. I ordered these. 1. Went to transfer the peppercorns and noticed that the metal lids DO NOT have the edges rolled down over the inner, plastic, black, collar. The edge is very sharp and will cut you if you run your fingers over it. 2. Also, the black plastic rim of the other piece protrudes beyond the metal part of the grinder top. It us thin and rather sharp against your hand. If you had to hold it there while you rotated to grind the salt or pepper, it would hurt your hand. 3. Since I already had my original base and the original lid for the pepper mill glass holder, I decided to simply put the new grinder top on it and use my old cap. 4. However, the grinder didn't seen to grind smoothly, and, I was holding onto that sharp black edge.I have already thrown the box away, since this set was to replace an existing set and I assumed there would not be a problem.I am not recommending this set from this vendor. There are other vendors with the same set. Maybe they are better quality.

Had this grinder a couple of weeks, so far I'm happy with it. It's nice and heavy, and doesn't fall over if you accidently brush against it. I like that the main body is glass and I can see how much pepper is in it.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to fill and easy to use. Perfect size and shape makes it look nice and so easy to use. I love this!

I am extremely pleased with these shakers. I got the smaller ones and they are a perfect size. They are easy to grip and grinding is not difficult. You can adjust for coarser settings on both. They are very elegant looking when filled and I think they are made for durability.

It was fine for the most part, but the grinding mechanism broke after a couple of years of use.
