Great device, watch for sales
I love my Ecoflows. I have multiple devices for home and work and they are great units and have great features. The add on to my Delta 2 is awesome as it expands the capacity and works great for extended outdoor/overland adventures. It also has enough power to run home appliances like fridges during those pesky weather outages. They seem to go on sale frequently so watch for that and check the price history.

Danger! Not returnable if it doesn't work. But their customer service team is great.
DANGER! This unit is not returnable due to lithium batteries. Also, even though there were comments that this is compatible with Delta 2 Max, this is not the case. The units are not compatible. Hopefully they update the description.Their customer service is great, just make sure you want this unit and you have a Delta 2 power station. Not Delta 2 Max, ultra, 3, etc. I would suggest buying an extra full unit instead. This gives you many more options and charging capabilities. If you need more battery, look at the max version.

Good Extra Battery for Delta 2 with limitations...
I purchased this addon battery due to the Delta 2 only having 1024 watt hours, I wanted to double my watt hour amount and I was fine with the amount of ports and outlets on my main Delta 2 1024 wh unit as is.Here's the catch. The addon battery has no inverter for outlets which I expected, but it also has no wall outlet charger port to charge the unit separately. You have to daisy chain the addon battery to the main delta 2 unit and tether them with the side port used by the alternator charger. It's not ideal, but it's what you'll get for buying an entire new delta 2 or delta 2 max. The firmware is designed to pass battery charge amount between the 2 units when connected together and not using a wall outlet ac charger input. This is information I wish I had knew before purchasing. It's a solid unit for the most part, but just know the limitations of what you're buying.

Nice solar powered generator/ power cell.
Very nice generator. I bought it over a year ago and had to use it about 3bmonths ago when we lost our power for about 8 hours. I charged it up with the wall outlet when I bought it. Put it in storage, and a little over a year later I needed to use it, and it still had a full charge. I bought the extra spare power cell for it about 5 months ago. I have not had an opertunity to use the supplied solar panel for it yet, so at this time I can't comment on that. I like it a lot, and would recommend it.

powerless in less than 24 hours
i ordered the the extra eco battery with my other unit. i ran a small air purifier on low and it didnt even last 18 hours. from 8:30 am to around midnight. that is very pitiful. it does charge quickly but that is because the battery is obviously very small. that's why it is light. if i could i would return the main unit and the extra battery. as far as i'm, concerned this is a joke and maybe approaching towards a little bit of a scam. i got ripped off as far as im concerned. i have a blueti and it has been running my air purifier for 5 days now. it really wasn't but a few dollars more than both of the eco units. get the blueti.

Arrived 10 days before promised date.
The Extra Battery was scheduled for delivery between 3-31-25 & 4-3-25, it arrived on 3-21.Today I decided to charge it, I connected the EB to my Ecoflow Delta 2 Power Station with cable provided. The Delta 2 was 97% charged and the EB was 30% charged. I started at 10:35am.I started charging with my ALP LP Generator at 800 watts ( actual ~ 780w ) after 30 minutes the EB was charged to 60%, my generator needed to run a bit and I didn't want to waste any more propane so I switched to solar charging.I dragged out my 220w Ecoflow Bifacial panel and a 50' solar cable. That sucker is not light, this is the original SP and you are supposed to use the case to hold it up ( which is very nice and well built ) but I do not use the case, instead I use 2 folding chairs and I align it to the sun with a small can of Campbell's chicken soup ( you place it on the solar panel and adjust until there is no shadow ).Started at 11:35am 60% charged, at 12:35pm it was 77% charged-average solar input was 175w ( max 190w, min 160w ) at 1:30pm the EB was charged to 90% and the Delta 2 remained at 97%. The charging of the EB was set to stop at 90% and it did just that. However after I disconnected the solar cable from power station I noticed the Delta 2 battery sensed the EB was at 90% and the Delta 2 was at 97% and it started to transfer energy to the EB to equalize the charge between the two. I disconnected the cable between units and shut them both off.Observation:The Delta 2 transferred power to the EB as follows: If the solar input was 190w it transferred 180W to the EB, no matter the input it sent 10w less to the EB.Caution.The EB DOES NOT have any output ports and just one bi-directional port on the side, you MUST have a Delta 2 ( it is compatible with 2 other Ecoflow power stations ) to CHARGE IT.You cannot use the EB by itself for any purpose except as a very expensive paper weight.I am happy with my purchase I should be able to run each of my refrigerators about 24 hours with a Delta 2 & EB.

Make sure the cable is included.
Bought it to extend the runtime of a Delta 2, and it does that just fine.To things to note: Having this battery connected will increase your max charge rate to 1.5kW. Also, there should be a short cable included to connect it to the main unit.Mine was missing, but I simply contacted Ecoflow support and they shipped me a replacement. The replacement was 5m long, turns out they have several different lengths available.
