I’ve always had a prestige pressure cooker since I’ve been married over 50 years. This one doesn’t have a fiddly plastic bit where the weight is it also has two weights 8lbs and 12 lbs which is excellent. My other cooker was old and I decided to replace it and I’m glad I did

Straight out the box , with no faff. Easy to use and a nice manageable size, my one issue is that the pressure valve can be awkward to get in place.

Looks good, comes with lots of bells and whistles but in truth is quite useless as a pressure cooker. The pressure never gets buil up properly. The seal doesn't actually seal the steam inside, and hence takes very long to pressurize and that is if it pressurizes at all. I've burnt food three times in this already and its not my first pressure so i did all the checks before using each time. Do not buy

Nice quality pressure cookery

I have used a prestige pressure cooker for over 50 years and this was to replace an old cooker! Use it regularly for making casseroles, stew,& vegetables.Prestige always make very good quality pressure cookers and this one is the 2nd cooker I have used for the whole of our married life of 56 years!

Great BUT, disappointed that it didn’t have a rack/ something to put food in like my previous one ( same brand )
