Perfect for seniors trying to maintain muscle/grip strength.
I'm satisfied with this grip strengthener. I'm 79 years old and maintaining muscle strength is a priority. I use the grippers while watching TV, keep my hands busy and out of the snack bag. The adjustment works nicely for me as my grip improves I can increase the tension. Each tension increase is a kind of reward. I've had the product for 3 months and would recommend it. The only annoying thing is the 'clicking' sound of the counter.

Gets the job done
The grip strength trainer has a clicker to count reps and is fairly adjustable. Having said that my husband maxed it out and the resistance at 13.2lbs wasn't enough, but for high reps it does work your forearm muscles pretty well. The extra stress ball and resistance bands are nice but not sure how much they'll get used.
