This pillow has really helped with my skinny/hourglass problems. I'm a side sleeper and i use a body pillow, but due to my slimmer waist it often feels like my spine is sagging. Not good! This pillow fills that waist gap. I was worried it would be too thin but it works well for my frame. My back is definitely more supported and less painful.

This was well made but I needed something for my hip pain. Other things I tried were too thick so I was hopeful this would work. Nothing was wrong with it but it just didn’t work for my needs.

I bought this for a friend who is bed ridden and had been complaining that her pillow had got so uncomfortable. Also because of her weight her mattress had developed a small depression by her lower back by her butt. The neck pillow gave her a lot of relief so I'll say it was a good buy.

I'm not sure how this helps you sleep on your side, but it didn't work well for me after my knee surgery. I do use it, but not as it's intended.

Softest material imaginable

At first I hated this-it felt too hard, but the misery that led me to order it in the first place convinced me to give it a little time. After a couple of weeks, I noticed I was not waking up sore from my too soft mattress anymore. I don’t sleep without it anymore, so I guess that means I’ve come around. I do appreciate that it is relatively flat. As a side sleeper, I only need a little fill. My myofacial therapist showed me one she had bought and hated, and it was a lot bigger.

I have back pain when side sleeping. This pillow is excellent it stays in place and is not too thick
