These are honestly one of the best ones out there! I have 5 children and bought each one of them their own in their favorite color. The many options in colors was a lifesaver! The sound and volume control is perfect! The battery life is amazing! The functionality is great and easy to use that my 5 year old can connect it by herself in her own tablet. Plus, the way it fit right into their ears without discomfort <3 for all of my children! The best experience for me was the customer support/service. My one daughters charger box got messed up some how (kids… smh) and I reached out to the support team and they replied back to me within 24 hrs and then followed up a couple days later when I was trying the suggested steps to try to fix it. Then they ended up sending me a replacement with no hassle! I highly recommend these!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Earbud prices seem out of control. I just wanted a pair that was comfortable and at a reasonable price. I ran across this pair that had some good reviews back in 2023. I have used this pair almost every day for the past two years. They have taken a beating. I have left them in the car in the summer. I've let my grandkids play with them. I've taken them to the gym, on walks, and worn them to ignore my kids and partner. I've lost them and found them again days later. The charging cord is in tatters. But, they have kept on working. It has only been recently that they have started to not hold a charge and I have decided to replace them. I thought about upgrading to a more expensive brand. But, why? I would rather spend $25.00 every 2-3 years on something I know works well (and if I lose them or they get stolen, I'm not out hundreds of dollars) then spending 5-10x as much over the same time frame. Pleased with the quality for the price. Earbuds stay in the ear while moving around. These can be used to make calls and to use with Siri. Good bluetooth range. Decent sound quality. Comfortable. I'm not hugely picky on sound quality, but they seem to be as good as my PowerBeats. For such a significant price difference, I would buy these over and over again rather than replace with another pair of PowerBeats. Earbuds are just too easy to lose, drop, break, did I say lose(?), to have to buy over and over again at top dollar. The price and quality makes this a great product for my pre-teens!

Had these almost 2 years & finally a problem, ear hook on left one broke I think as I put it into the charger case. Yet still works maybe good enough for now. These are great for staying in the ear & now I will see how it does without the hook.Speaking of charge, this is a great design where each bud holds charge a long time. Each bud goes for 10 to 12 hours for me if I push it but with all Li-Ion devices it is best to recharge once get below 25% as going below reduces battery capacity & life [something that Apple & Tesla are really poor at informing customers on].Plus, since it's illegal to drive with both in, I can go at least a week before consider charging the case & I wear them for at like 12 hours every weekday.Only one NIT TO PICK and that is my prior sets I've had allowed use of the charge box battery to use a USB to charge other devices, but not too big a deal as my newer Samsung phone holds charge a long time too.In short...DURABLEFIT GREATSTAY ON MY EARS (most others did not)LAST LONG PER CHARGENow I will also.learn what kind of support they have for simple very small part
