Got this as a dht blocker. Literally within days of taking it my hair stopped shedding. I'm almost done with the bottle and ordered another one. I take 2 gel caps a day, but started with 1. It worked even with 1 capsule which is 1k mg. Studies show 400 mg were effective in males. Some sources suggest 400 to 3k mg for dht inhibition. So i decided to start with 1k and increase to 2k. Since i am combining with Saw Palmetto and it was already working at 1k, I likely will not increase to 3k which makes the bottle last longer for me, making it more cost effective as well.Will probably need to take this for lif, but I'm so glad it works. I also use this brand's saw palmetto with it.

Got these to help prevent hair loss while on a GLP1. So far, so good. No bad taste or side effects that I’ve noticed. They are a good size capsule though, so be aware if you have trouble swallowing pills. You also need to take 3 of them to get the full dose, which I don’t love, but I’ll continue to order and take them as long as my hair stays how it should be!

I think it has been 2 weeks since I started taking these. Seems to be good quality. Don't really have a taste. They are kind of large though. I have noticed little baby hairs on my hairline. I haven't seen much on the crown of my head yet. Due to Hashimoto's my hair has thinned out a lot and I've had a lot of hair fall. I wish this came with saw palmetto included. But overall seems very good

I've ordered these 3x now to test them out. The first ones were a darker color then the other 2 were light. I noticed a huge difference with the first batch and none with the other two. Did some research and apparently the coloring reflects the quality of the oil. Dark=high quality & denser as opposed to light=low quality low density. Won't be repurchasing since it's inconsistent and I don't see any benefits with the lower quality batch.
