I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I had low expectations as I do with most supplements, but this one has been extremely helpful. I have always had low energy and difficulty focusing. By the second week of taking these I noticed I was no longer exhausted midday. The benefits came on so gradually I almost didn't notice until it just hit me one day that I was making it through the entire day without heavy eyelids.I have also always struggled with concentration, to the point where it is difficult for me to get a thought out before forgetting what I was trying to say. This has probably been the best benefit for me. My fleeting thoughts in conversation were getting to the point of embarrassment, and this has completely reversed that. I highly reccomend to anyone who is struggling with concentration and memory.I will say, I had more headaches than normal the first week of taking these. I am not sure if that is due to the supplements or not, but they stopped by week 2.

This product is usually in such small doses as to be ineffective. This is reasonably priced and in a large enough dose to have some effect. It is not the only one I take to improve my memory and focus but it is one of the main ones.

Ok. We affectionately call our son squirrel sometimes. Because he gets so distracted. We believe he has one of the ADD/slash ADHD. We have had him tested but that is irrelevant. What you need to know is that he is scattered and messy and forgetful at times . After about a month his attention span is better. He is a teenager so he can verbalize how he feels improvement. He says he can finish tasks easier and within time frames. He says his focus feels better. When did I know things were improved emphatically? When he showed me something from his bookbag. There weren't fly away or crumpled papers. There wasn't any real garbage stuffed in pockets. His books were packed in a way that makes sense. I wish I could have done a before and after. This makes a difference. Recommend!

I am trying to understand why everyone can enjoy the benefits of this product but it's a no-go for me. This product did the same for me that Alpha Brain did and that gave me bad headaches. I gave this as many stars as I could because the feedback has been very positive and this product should be tried. Unfortunately, I tried with and without food, and instant headache. Just the luck of the draw I guess. I am. open to any suggestions.
