So fun. It's like Legos but they break if you're not careful and they cost 10% as much

It looks incredible for how inexpensive it is. It's not difficult to make it but I would suggest building it with an extra super glue to glue pieces you want to feel a bit more secure. The one they provide isn't enough to make it a bit more sturdy. Then again it is a cardboard model.

Easy well constructed and fun to put together I will buy more

The diecut and graphics on the kit are excellent. Instruction book is easy to understand and once done, it looks like the Xwing. However, assembly is very tricky and I doubt any kid can out this together. In fact, I wouldn't buy this for a child, or maybe even a teen.The problem is that the paper cardboard stock material is well, paper. When you try to insert the tabs into the slots, there is a good chance that the tab will bend or get crushed, and once that happens, good luck trying to insert it back in again because the edges are now damaged and very difficult to insert, if not impossible.I love the concept and love the end result, but the Archilles heel on the product line are the tabs. If they can find a way to use a more robust material that won't crush or bend, then they will have a winner. I have decades of building experience and even I find it frustrating. I would buy everything they make if they can resolve the material issue, but I would hesitate to buy this as a gift for people who have no experience in making models. This is not as easy as the box says. Many parts of the model are not easy to assemble at all.

Real fun I love starwars

These models are amazing. I was looking for Star Wars themed models for my exercise room. I had initially planned on using Lego models however the cost was a huge deterrent for me as the number of models I needed would have put me in the thousands of dollars for what I wanted. I then stumbled upon these and the price just seemed too good to be true. After doing my homework I pulled the trigger and purchased a number of different models. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The display quality is excellent and they look extremely realistic.Some advise is to take your time when building these model sets. Do not rush. Also they come with a small cardboard type punch out for the pieces. Toss it. I ended up using a small eyeglasses repair kit screwdriver that I had to assist with this. However any similar small tool will work. They also come with a small bottle of glue to assist when putting together some parts. Use the glue when shown then wait for it to completely dry before proceeding to the next step. Patience when putting together these sets will make a huge difference in the quality of your build. One last thing, these are not toys as the material is not meant nor has the durability to be be handled as though they were. They are display models. You will be very happy and eager to show off once they are completed.

Really good looking, and very solid/study for being made of paper! Took me about 9 hours to assemble- many parts took significant timeand effort to get right without damaging, but overall very enjoyable build process! A quality pair of needle nose tweezers was the only tool needed, and only had to use the included glue on one area- the back of the fuselage. 10/10 would recommend these model kits!

My husband who is usually pretty stressed with work and everything really enjoys them. Some of the parts are challenging and it can be very tedious. He finds it a stress relieving hobby. He is working on the collection.
