I bought two pillows to help my husband and me to sleep better, and so we could sleep without waking with an aching neck. The first night I used the lower side and slept pretty well. The second night I tried the higher side and it worked like a charm. I'm sleeping more deeply and not ending up with neck pain. I can only sleep on my right side due to back and hip issues. I had tried several other pillows, but every night I'd have to move the pillow around to get comfortable. My new Bespillow is comfortable, keeps my head and neck in line so I don't wake up with a "crick" in my neck, and I don't have to keep pushing it off my face as my head sinks into the pillow. I'm so glad I bought it! My husband is sleeping more comfortably, and likes his pillow, too. Thank you, Bespillow!

This pillow has reduced my should r pain and helped my sleep to be more restful and less “flip floppy”. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Puffed up quicker after unpacking and no odor. Feels firm after four night’s sleep. I’m a side sleeper. It also is so comfortable I also sleeping on my back comfortably when I choose. Great pillow. Fits in pillowcase.

This pillow is wonderful if you are a side sleeper. I have neck and shoulder problems and this really helps to be able to sleep on my side comfortably while supporting my neck and keeping the pressure off of my shoulders. I love the air circulation of the pillow. It’s cooling and so soft but also firm. It’s the perfect fabric and density. The only downside is I have to remove the pillow if I want to sleep on my stomach but that is not what it’s made for so it’s understandable.

For a little context, I suffer from daily neck and back pain (bone spurs, damaged discs, etc). I would guess that I've tried 15+ of these "specialty" pillows and I always go back to using traditional pillows. Fast forward to my good friend showing this cervical memory foam pillow. I was immediately intrigued by the coolness of the fabric, the memory foam, and the unusual design. I decided to go home and order it and to my surprise, I loved it! It supports my neck at the perfect height as well as cradling my head. I found that I was not tossing and turning as much with this pillow. Plus, it stays cool at night, which is a big plus.Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

This is a comfortable pillow. It does support neck and back comfortably. It relieves pressure as much as can. My husband is having lots of pain, atm. He says it helps but, of course, the pain is still there. Nothing to do with the pillow. The pain was the reason we bought the pillow in the first place. It is a great purchase due to some relief.
