(I am a real person and I am not paid to write this or anything:)I have absolutely no experience in home improvement and I’m not a handywoman at all. I needed a replacement for my shower head (with a handheld showerhead also), and I bought this because it was on sale.It took me about 2.5-3 hours to install (with a break) because I was scared to use my ladder, and I’m pretty short which complicated the setup. I’m convinced that I would have been through a LOT quicker if I were taller, so keep that in mind.If you are used to installing things yourself, this will literally be a piece of cake. The water pressure is AWESOME, and I like that you can adjust the height of the arm and the angle of the main shower head. Also, I have thick curly hair and so I’m picky about my water pressure, but this shower system is literally awesomeOverall 10/10 would buy again!!

This is an absolute steal! I just moved so I bought a new one for my new place. First off, you can install it in 10 mins, you don’t need plumbers tape (even though it includes some)…you just need to unscrew the white things and then screw it on your shower. The old one I had never leaked and the new one hasn’t leaked. For this price, you cannot beat it. The packaging is really amazing as well and again, you can install it in 10 mins and it includes the only tool you need.For what it’s worth, this is a fantastic shower head!!! I will never buy any other kind.

Everything is included in the box, box is sealed with tamper tape. Very easy to install. Chose black finish, matched my tub hardware. Took a shower, everything easy to adjust to just the perfect angle. Being 6'5" it was nice not hit my head on the shower head or having to stand next to the shower wall to get wet. The rainfall shower head is huge, and was wonderful. The handheld has strong water flow. Like the ability to mix the two and I am very happy this purchase

Update: I have adjusted my review from one star to four stars. That is because the company reached out to me with a heartfelt apology about my dissatisfaction, and wanted to make matters right. Though I am still not using the shower head, I am still using the handheld and the arm that the shower head did attach to. I really respect the seller's concerns and working with me. Steller seller for sure! I would recommend this seller/company, and thank them for my refund that I wasn't even expecting to have.Like I mentioned in my original review, the handheld has great pressure. We did eventually find a different rain shower head that did in fact have the higher pressure we were looking for, and got rid of the regular one we used as a temporary replacement.Not high pressure. I love how wide it is, but the pressure doesn't even feel like a heavy rain. The handheld has great pressure though. We ended up just attaching a normal fixed shower head to the arm, it is nice having the arm reach further out into the shower. Also,this shower head just didn't get as hot as it should have. The rest of our house is almost scalding hot. It wasn't worth taking apart to send back after installing. We had to have tile and plumbing put in, so a lot of work was already involved. But having a normal shower head in (not rain style) has given us great pressure and gets hot!! Just have to deal with a much smaller shower head now.

Highly recommend. Right from the packaging to instructions, product labeling , the feel and quality of the parts and the installation ease and actual performance - all scores a high A.Love it and this product excels other Kohler /Moen expensive equivalents.In fact while I was shopping I felt that Kohler is not innovating enough and stores are really not customer friendly in promoting the products.

This showerhead is way more than I ever expected it to be. The parts are all solid metal not just any kind of cheap plastic. The instructions and installation were incredibly easy, only took five to ten minutes as long as your old one comes off easy lol. Everything you need to install is already in the box including the teflon tape. I went for the standard flow 2.5 gallon and the pressure is insane. I can use the handheld alone to clean my whole shower. BE VERY CAREFUL where you place the bracket for the handheld at because once it's on it's not coming off. I broke mine during installation and tried to purchase another one and the company was more than happy to provide me with a new one free of charge. It arrived 3 days after i emailed them about me breaking it. Absolutely outstanding customer service. There were extremely kind, helpful, and prompt about everything. I already purchased 3 more of them. You will not be dissapointed.

Installation was super easy, saw the price and thought it was going to be cheaply made and not last, was surprised that the arms are actually metal. Like the ability to turn the handheld off with the push of a button. The knob to switch between them is easy to turn. No leaking from the fittings. Overall very happy with this item.

Love it. Warm water covers your whole body with the rain effect. So happy with this purchase. I installed the hand held shower head at a lower, waist level and leave both shower heads on at the same time, so they entire body has warm water throughout the entire shower. It's good for seniors too. My dad loves it.
