Much higher quality than other products of similar price and capabilities
Very nicely manufactured and packaged cable. Comes on a spool so no mess like other products that arrive in a tangled mess. No nasty "blocks" where tx/rx fibers merge to single cable like other products. Much more confidence in strength relative to other "armored cables". LC connectors are well-protected w/ plastic covers. And of course the pulling eye. Would most definitely purchase again.

Stronger than a steel beam. We put it to the ultimate test.
The media could not be loaded. This was my first fiber run ever. It was also my first underground run through conduit. I did VASTLY underestimate the amount of friction that a few bends in the conduit add, however, we used some IDEAL cable lube and sent it down the pipe.Frirst try we made it about half way and our weak pull-string broke. Given we were REALLY pulling on this SOB, though a couple conduit bends. Make sure your pull string is TOUGH!Second attempt we cut the conduit before the last bend and pulled. Then the metal clip that fixes the fiber cable to the pull string BROKE. Yes, the METAL hook broke. Two men were pulling just as hard as they could, and the cable wouldn't budge after about 500 ft. That's when it snapped.Attempt three, we removed all bends from the conduit and fed the cable through section-by-section. It pulled like butter. It's amazing how much friction a bend creates.Long, long story short, we finish pulling the cable all the way through the bends, gripping the actual cable iteslf -- pulling and bending it in an unsavory fashion. We finally hook it up to the switch and whammo! Gigabit speeds from point to point! I was beyond words... I was SURE that we had damaged the fraglie fiber optic. I was sure we streched the cable to oblivion... Nope. Baby was working like a charm.I'd give this cable 50 Stars if I could.I definitely know what kind of cable I'm buying for any other jobs.

Easy to pull
Very easy to pull in PVC even at the length of 150’. Important to stretch it out first. Would purchase again.

Great Product
This product was promptly shipped and worked better than expected. I like the outer sleeve which keeps the cable from kinking. After pulling it through 200' of conduit using the included eye hook puller this cable worked perfectly.

Good Fiber Cable
I recently had the opportunity to test the YUTIANHOME OM3 Duplex LC Uniboot Fiber Optic Cable, and I was very impressed with its overall quality and performance. The cable is well-made and durable, and it is easy to install. I used the cable to connect some new equipment to my network, which worked flawlessly.I was particularly impressed with the cable's industrial TPU jacket. The jacket is strong, abrasion-resistant, and waterproof. It is also resistant to high and low temperatures, UV rays, and bending. The cable is ideal for use in harsh environments, such as roads, snowfields, industrial fields, and construction sites. The cable can be installed overhead, buried directly in the ground, or routed through conduits. This gives you a lot of flexibility when installing the cable. The pulling eye kit that is pre-terminated on one end of the cable is a great feature. This kit helps to eliminate cable damage during installation. Many other fiber optic cable sellers do not include the pulling eye kit with their cables, so this is a welcome addition. The cable uses multimode OM3 duplex LC Uniboot connectors. The uniboot design allows one cable to carry two fibers, which reduces cable bulk when routing. The LC Uniboot connectors also enable simplified polarity correction in the field. No tool is required.Overall, I am very pleased with the YUTIANHOME OM3 Duplex LC Uniboot Fiber Optic Cable. It is a well-made, durable, easy-to-install cable perfect for harsh environments. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a high-quality fiber optic cable.

excellent quality cable!
I used this for an exterior run between my garage and house to connect a pair of switches at 10G, this cable was quite easy to work with and on one end I had to pull it through a 25 foot run of 3/4 inch smurf tube and due to the construction of this cable it was MUCH easier to pull than the normal LC/LC fibers where they break out into two separate strands at the connector end.I didn't need to swap send/receive for my installation, but I did separate the connector to see how easy it was and it's a really nice and easy design, so if you do need to swap, you should have no problems. The cable functions as expected and is passing 10G at line rate with no errors on either end, there's about 60 feet exposed outside the house, so we'll see how it holds up long term to UV/weather, but I don't anticipate any issues. This is a great quality cable at a good price.

Excellent quality fiber cable. Helping my understanding of Fiber in general.
I ordered this OM3 LC to LC fiber for 2 reasons. My home is fairly well wired with RJ45 copper that maxes out at 1000 Mbps. I wanted to add a 10 Gbps fiber backbone from my basement wiring closet to my attic for future higher-speed distributions throughout my home. This fiber cable is heavy-duty, outdoor-rated, and very thin.My second reason for ordering this OM3 cable is to educate myself about the different fiber options. I assumed that as long as the connections are the same (LC-LC), this will work with my transceivers. I got lucky with this fiber and my 850nm transceivers worked fine in testing. I have since learned that you must match the fiber to the correct transceiver’s laser wavelengths. This has helped me better understand several fiber standards as I upgrade my home network. So, just because the connections are the same, do not assume that OM3 fiber will work with any transceiver, they must be paired correctly.
