Perfect fit for carb dieters
Just what I needed on a low carb diet, enough fiber to help with digestion, without added carbs. I found that taking only 3 is best for my system, but the instructions say to take 6. I have been taking these greens for about 4 months now.

Just These Greens Alone!
I love the greens. Ive been doing the greens alone and they are amazing. No need for coffee. No need for caffeine. Just that alone is great for me. Have been taking this along with Spleen/Liver (half and half daily dose) every day and HUGE difference in energy. I was feeling lethargic every day - not tired just lethargic. No more! Will never stop using these vitamins.
