Well-engineered and works!
Very well engineered piece of kit - seems to be made in Germany. Lots of accessories. Steam production very good.When using the extension tubes there can be condensation formed between steaming for a short while, easily fixed by shooting steam into a bucket, blows out the condensation and on you go!One word of warning, make sure to wear robust gloves. The securing buttons on the extension tubes can be pressed in while using it with vigour, resulting in a steam leak onto your hand. Pay attention and wear gloves!

The steamer is really good, and has lots of accessories, the only slight negative is there is no way to see how much water is in the tank.

Worth every penny
Amazing steamer. Wish there was an option to buy another floor pad though. Sturdy and powerful. Lots of extra tools nd a good capacity in the tank.

TAKE CARE IT MAY CAUSE BURN TO YOUR HAND
The machine looks good with excellent pressure, the only problem with it that extension rods some times disconnected suddenly from the pressure and causing burn by the steam to your hand. i am taking all the precaution but at the end it happened to me twice and it is painful, i hope amazon to send this review to WAGNER to improve this issue.i used the machine 3 times and the problem happened during this 3 times.

Trigger lock
Well, the performance is good.Easy to use.The issue that i have is the trigger lock is not working and the jet nozzle has a hole near to the tip while using the second time.
