The balls will occasionally tangle if you make them go too fast or lift the end one too high but I’ve untangled them multiple times from kids playing with it and it still works as expected. The frame is very light and plasticy but the balls do what they’re supposed to do.

Shipping was fast and the item was just as described.

I was very disappointed with this item. As soon as I began setting it up, the strings started to fray and one even snapped before I could fully assemble it. The materials used are extremely cheap—everything from the base to the frame feels flimsy and poorly made. It doesn’t resemble the sturdy desk toy shown in the pictures. This was supposed to be a gift, but I couldn’t give something so fragile and unreliable. Avoid this product if you’re looking for anything durable or remotely well-crafted.

I had this in my classroom and it was perfect until it accidentally got tangled. It quickly became a jumbled up mess and had to be thrown away. 😐

It's smaller than the classic one I remember. the middle three balls move more than they should because they aren't heavy enough. Still, it is a fun desk decoration.
