Great, strong boxes. Have used W. E Roberts a few times for these types of boxes. Delivery was fast, quality is very good (double-walled) and they arrive shrink wrapped and were delivered virtually next day.*** Key things to remember! ***1) HANDLES - If you want boxes with handle holes, buy boxes with handle holes. These do not claim to have them, the pictures do not show that they have them, so don't expect them!2) SIZE - These are big boxes, 20" cubed, or 50cm on each side. The length is a fact - so don't complain if the boxes are bigger or smaller than expected - they are what they are! 50cm's - measure how big 50cm's is before you buy!3) BOX WEIGHT - The boxes themselves are relatively lightweight. Yes, they can be heavy once filled, but it really depends on how much you put in them and what you're filling it with! If it's too heavy to lift, split it across two boxes. Common sense. Simples!All round, very pleased and as expected. Thanks! Great service.

Exactly what I needed. The boxes were a good size and I was able to fill them up with heavy items without worrying about stuff falling out of the bottom when moving them. I didn't even need to tape them from the bottom either! Easily flat packed and so they can be stored and re-used again. Only problem was the packaging in which they were delivered. They came wrapped in strong clingfilm but one corner of the package was damaged as it must have been knocked around during delivery. Would have been better if it had better packaging then I would have given 5 stars.

I must have gone back to WE Roberts 3 or 4 times last year, whilst packing our house up for removals. The boxes are corrugated for strength and happily, we have been able to recycle them and use them again, as once emptied they were still as good as new. I would highly recommend all of their box sizes - use the smaller ones for books etc. Very easy to think that as the boxes are strong they will hold so much more weight - they probably do, but then you can't lift them :)

I've nothing to say against these boxes as such - they are strong, well-made and good value - but beware if you wish to pack medium to heavyweight items. 20 inches square is bigger than I realised - that is not the boxes' fault, of course! - and I found them very difficult to manage. I'm six feet tall but still found them difficult to lift when full and awkward to carry. I went for smaller boxes (18' by 12' by 12') after my initial purchase and found them much better.

Arrived with no real packaging and postman left it outside our door! fortunately it was a dry day so the boxes were fine. they need a bit of tape to secure and then did a great job helping us move pretty much all our items for a two bedroom house plus garage items. Buy some decent masking tape, label the boxes with a marker pen and moving house is a doddle.

There was nothing wrong with the boxes, they were strong and did the job, they were a little too large but only because I had a lot of quite heavy goods and I could not fill them up. I would not buy them again I would go for something a little smaller, but if you have lots of light things or linen then they are ideal.

These boxes have been a faithful companion in two big moves so far, now about to embark on a third and hopefully final voyage abroad. They have taken a few knocks along the way, nothing that some tape won't fix. Really pleased with them.Bear in mind, there are quite heavy and not easy to carry when flattened. Don't make my mistake ordering them to the office.
