Helps my 9 year old fall asleep when she feels antsy.

So my niece was on melatonin, high levels, when she first moved in with me after being removed from her mother. I got her totally off it sleeping by herslef without it but when she moved in with her father once the courts cleared him she was having a hard time sleeping and my brothers step daughter was taking melatonin so my niece convinced herself she needed it. I had bought the adult stuff for myself and it didn't work for me but I did feel the effects at first, just couldn't shut my brain up, so I bought a bottle for him to try. He said it worked great AND they've bought replacements since then. I'm so glad because melatonin will mess up the ability to find your own sleep rhythm and it was a big deal for me to try and get my niece off of that.

Use at your own risk... I read all of the bad reviews and thought "it's all natural, how bad can it be?" Well, after just one night we saw and we aren't brave enough to try it again. We typically start bedtime around 8:30, so I gave our 3.5 yr old with ASD 2 tablets at 8:00. By the time we finally wrangled him into the bedroom by around 9, he was wild to say the least. After an hour of trying to get him to wind down, we gave up and decided to let him reset and try again a little later. Finally, at like 11 we finally got him to sleep. He slept for 45 minutes and was awake again, then proceeded to wake up every 10 minutes for over an hour. He finally went to actual sleep around 2:30. He has terrible sleep patterns, but this was next level. It's like it's laced with cocaine. Do not recommend.

For some reason it didn’t really get my kids sleepy.

Been using these for about a month. I love that they don’t have melatonin but I wouldn’t say this does anything miraculous. My youngest has a hard time falling asleep(many times over an hour) this really didn’t change anything. I can say it doesn’t give you weird dreams like melatonin does to some people and the fact that the ingredients aren’t harmful might be worth a try but didn’t do much for us.

My daughter has autism so I wanted something melatonin free this stuff tastes great as I’ve tried it myself ( I always do before I give to my kids)

My child is 2.5 and never slept a full night. We started these and he has slept through the night for a week now!
