MNS - Lucca sofa bed/bed/sofa/storage

This is a great sofa/sofa bed. It's pretty easy to put together. I was able to do it 1 person but 2 would be easier. It's great quality . Quite firm. Soft material. The sofa bed part comes out smoothly and is as big as a double bed . I did have delivery issues and slight damage to a part of the sofa which is not seen because of the delivery but the customer service from the seller was beyond excellent. I would not have got this level of customer service from a high street store. The issues I had were resolved really quickly with a complete understanding of them on me as a customer. Great colour. Great price. Can't fault it

The media could not be loaded. This sofa is amazing quality and price great storage and very easy to put together makes in to a very good size double bed the delivery was less the 48 hours from the Saturday we ordered it

Amazing 😍I was looking for a long time to get a sofa but specific size.I ordered this one with little concern because wasn't prime 😕. After two days i received a phone call and when they said the sofa is coming from Manchester.....i really was .... this is a scam.But the was delivered to my address the next few days. On the delivery day I have several massages from the driver to update the time. The sofa arrived around 21h . We struggle to fit her inside 😄. It was fun but the guys were so helpful......The sofa is extremely comfortable, big for her size. Easy to be done like bed, comfortable aswell. The "real" sofa is matching the pictures.I'm extremely happy with my sofabed

Absolutely amazing sofa, I Ordered this on Friday night about 5:30pm and we had it for 11am Saturday morning love putting it out and chillin on it lots of space and good value for money

Looks good. There were couple of cracks in the storage area when you lift the longer piece. I would say for piece of mind pay for it to be set up rather than doing it yourself. Overall I think it is a decent sofa just by looking at it. I will update if my view changes over the next few weeks. I only received this yesterday. The delivery guys were very pleasant. They kept me informed and delivered efficiently.

I don't normally leave reviews but just had to on this occasion. This sofa is absolutely amazing. Such good value. The quality and finish are excellent and super comfy. Didn't realise you could order direct from the seller, as I only came across this on Amazon - in hindsight I would have done as I think there waa a discount code available and probably would have gotten better communication. Communication on delivery was left a bit late in my opinion but they did still ring/text and confirmed a day and time. Arrived half an hour late but understandable given you could pay for assembly upon arrival and how finicky it can be sometimes to bring in a sofa through the house. Cannot fault the 2 delivery guys - they were exceptional and a credit to the team. There was a struggle to get the final piece through the door but it didn't phase the guys one bit and even helped my partner in removing the front door. Very happy with the purchase and really appreciate all the help in getting it in the house!

Thankyou to Dan who was my salesman and made sure everything was going well. Sofa is better than expected and glad i ordered this as my family loves it. I also had mentioned missing a few parts and then got them deliver within two days.Only downside was that delivery was very late and came at an unusual time, I have a one year old, it would be better to arrange an earlier slot before 7pm for all customers.
