Q: Do I need to purchase carbon separately the first time I order, or does it come with carbon and I replace it later?

Q: Are the bottles glass?

None of these machines have glass (BPA free)- I think bc of pressure but I just transfer to VOSS glass water bottles

Q: What are the product dimensions (height, width, depth)?

The dimensions are 16.5 Height x 6 Width x 3 Depth.. The Bottle Dimensions are 15 H x 2.5 W x 2.5 D. Capacity is 1 liter ( 33 FL Oz.)

Q: Do you replace the carbonater?

The C02 cylinder is the only part that needs to be replaced. The carbonator is the device/ soda appliance that does not need to be replaced.
