I wish it didn't cause constipation, but it is not the brand, any iron pill 💊 will do it. I take stool softeners, 3 every morning and it's better.

I take half a tablet most days. I was getting a little dizzy at times and someone suggested an iron deficiency. Too early to judge if really working but at least no ill effects.

Wanted to add a little iron to my daily routine and these are great. Easy to swallow and do not leave a bad after taste. You get a lot for the price. Will continue on ordering these in the future.
