This seaweed was every thing that a person could ask for. I used this seaweed to hold sushi rice in my meals. They taste great and are low in 35 calories. Plus I really like the taste. They hold their shape when I place warm rice on them and roll them up. I believe that they are great quality. And I also like the size of each sheet.

It is exactly what it says, perfect for sushi. Brittle must be soaked prior to using or in a recipe that calls for seaweed flakes. Good product. Fishier flavor than others.

Got these since I can't find the larger resealable packs where I live. The flavor is good, and works well for sushi and musubi's.

The flavor is slightly nutty. This one is a bit harder to reseal than others.

These are not bad by any means, but they don’t bring any flavor to what you’re making. Compared to higher end, organic seaweed there is a noticeable difference.I received these May 12 and the expiration is for June 08. I make onigiri 5 times a week and still won’t be able to get through them in time before the expiration date.Bottom line: Does the job and decent value if you’re willing to use a LOT of seaweed sheets in a short amount of time. Otherwise, look at other options. Sending a dried product that expires in less than a month is pretty ridiculous when similar products should have closer to half a year of shelf life.I don’t regret buying them, but probably won’t purchase again.
