Fantastic. I have been looking for a high protein / low calorie snack that is savory, crunchy, and has enough volume to actually satisfy my afternoon hunger. So many protein snack options simply have too many calories for me. I need something that is about 100 calories and at least 10g of protein, so this fits the bill nicely. With other snacks I like they often are in the 200-250 calorie range for one serving, and I find it difficult to stop at eating only half. These roasted sea salt edamame beans are so good and I think I will also use them as a salad topper to add some crunch and another boost of lean protein. Looking forward to trying other flavors!

These beans are a great snack and super healthy. I was eating other dried beans as snacks, but once I saw the macros on these I had to at least try them. A 30 gram serving usually clocks in around 130 calories depending on the flavor with 10 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber which is all much better than what I used to eat (won’t name drop the company in a negative way). As other reviewers say they are pretty dry so you’ll need a drink on hand, but the crunchiness is addictive. I go back and forth between the buffalo and sriracha flavors

THESE ARE THE MOST DELIGHTFUL SNACKS! I was looking for ways to get more veggies/protein in my diet in a more natural way and these were highly recommended by my dietician. Depending on which flavor you get they're around 14g of protein for 1/3 cup and have a lot of fiber as well. It's great to snack on just by itself or can be added to salads for an extra crunch. I feel like it is a great value for what you get as well. The size is perfect to fit in a purse, in your desk, or in your car.

I was never a fan of edamame but have been trying to consume more protein lately so I found these to be super convenient. The only thing I wish is that it had slightly less salt. Otherwise, it is low in fat per serving and 11 grams of protein per every 30 grams of edamame. Very good macros. The last time I purchased the small, individual bags for on the go but I found these bigger bags to be be a better value for the money. They are even good to add some crunch to salads.

Really enjoyed this! At first glance it did not seem like you got a lot for the money, but just a little goes a long way to satisfying that snack hunger. Great replacement for junk food- chips and such. Nice and crunchy with a hint of salt and good, but not overpowering, wasabi flavor. I tried the sea salt flavor also, very good with just a touch more salt than the wasabi. I would recommend this to anyone.

Boy oh boy, I love these things. The perfect amount of crunch. Plus it’s healthy. Hit the spot when I’m craving something crunchy. I do like the sea salt flavor, but I think my favorite flavor is the Sriracha, though it is higher in sodium content. I tried the buffalo flavor as well and it was just OK. These things help keep you regular too, if you know what I mean. 💩

The first time I tried them, I wasn't a fan. Nothing against the Only Bean, I was just used to eating them softer. Second time I tried them I AM HOOKED! I can't seem to get enough! They're full of protein and an easy-to-eat snack.

Great snack, not satisfied with the flavor. Could be a personal thing and you should give them a try 😊.
