Tiny Light, Massive Control
Title: “The Swiss Army Knife of Video Lights” Review:The NEEWER HS60B Mini Video Light is basically a pocket-sized sun with a PhD in color science. It packs an insane amount of punch for its size, letting you dial in the perfect brightness and color temperature whether you’re going for dramatic, moody interviews or bright YouTube unboxings. The app control is a game-changer. No more climbing over tripods or playing Twister with a light stand to adjust settings — just tap your phone and fine-tune everything from the couch like a lazy lighting wizard.Build quality is solid, with good heat management, and the fan is quiet enough that you can record audio without sounding like you’re next to a wind tunnel. The included mounting options and compact size mean you can wedge it into tight setups where giant softboxes fear to tread. Pros:✔️ Impressive brightness in a mini size✔️ Wide color temp range✔️ App control is smooth and reliable✔️ Quiet fan and solid thermal design✔️ Super portable Cons:➖ You’ll wish you bought two once you see how useful it is Bottom line: if you want pro-level lighting without wrestling a monster panel, the HS60B is your new best friend. Just be warned — it’s so handy, you might end up replacing every other light you own.

Not quite a 5-star light, but a definite keeper!
I purchased this Neewer HS60B light on my never-ending quest for the perfect lighting for my photo & video needs. I'd seen it advertised before but never gave it much thought until I saw it pop up for sale for under $100 at a time when I was preparing to shoot a series of educational videos. I was debating between this and a slightly larger but significantly more powerful (85w) Raleno light for the exact same price. I really like them both for different reasons. My initial impression of the Neewer left me seriously questioning my purchase. Here's why I'm choosing to keep the Neewer HS60B and return the much brighter Raleno...Advantages of the Raleno light: Super bright (wow, those extra 25w make a huge difference, especially with the included reflector). Very good build quality. Option to power with batteries. Standard Bowens mountAdvantages of this Neewer: Size - it's as small as it looks in the videos. More power options (AC adapter, NP batteries, USB-C via charger or portable charger). Carrying case.Deciding between these two lights presented me with quite a conundrum. In terms of lighting, the Raleno is a clear favorite being much brighter, offering much better build quality, and having a Bowens mount. I'm not going to be happy returning it, especially since it is priced exactly the same right now. But I'm keeping the Neewer HS60B mainly because (1) it is bright enough for my home office/studio, and (2) its size and more flexible power options, esp the option to use a portable USB charger, make it much more versatile. The inclusion of a compact carrying case is a big plus in terms of portability. I really wish it had a Bowens mount, but there an optional adapter you can get. I opted for the 12" lantern softbox (around $33), which is super easy to use, super portable, and just a perfect fit for this light without requiring much space (an issue for larger lantern softboxes). There are so many great ways to use this powerful little light. My biggest concern is build quality. Out of the box, the knobs for both brightness and temperature are a bit wobbly. They work fine, but it is definitely not Swiss or German engineering! I'm tempted to go back and add the 3-year Assurion warranty. For this reason, I'd love to give this just 4.5 stars or a touch less. One other note. With the combination of size/portability, power, and bein bicolor, this light has me rethinking how i might shoot outdoor portraits (still images). The carrying case is not much larger than that of my AD200 strobe, and while it won't overpower the sun, but as long as I'm not shooting in full sun, this light will be bright enough in most situations - again adding to the versatility of this little workhorse of a light.

You know you want it
I love this little white. It is very tiny and you don’t think for its size it’ll be that powerful and yet this little thing can light up an entire room no problem and it’s tiny and portable. It’s fantastic. I have never had a problem with this light since I’ve bought it.

Compact, Powerful, and Incredibly Versatile
The NEEWER HS60B blew me away with its performance in such a compact form! It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and delivers fantastic brightness — 35,000 lux at 1 meter is more than enough for most indoor setups. The bi-color range from 2700K to 6500K gives great flexibility, and the color accuracy (CRI/TLCI 97+) is spot on. I love the USB-C charging and the app control — makes adjustments quick and easy on the go. PWM dimming is smooth, and the 12 lighting scenes add a nice touch for creative effects. An excellent tool for vloggers, filmmakers, and content creators!

Good choice.
Muy buena elección, amazon dice que es devuelto con frecuencia pero creo que es por marketing ya que el producto es bueno, bonito y barato

I wanted to love this light.
I wanted to love this light, but it doesn't connect to bluetooth, and the model isn't in the app for troubleshooting. Couldn't find support for it on their website either. I am usually surprised by the quality of Neewer products, so this is a first. I might have just gotten a defective product.

Slick light; Good colors; Great app; Needs more power
I really like this light. It works on AC, battery, or USB-C power. The colors are rich and accurate looking. The interface on the camera is great and easy to use. And the light itself is very small and portable. The mobile app really brings it all together, making it easy to pair, manage, and control no matter where the light might be mounted. The fan is also pretty quiet, unless you are very near to the light. There are some downsides, however. The case is all plastic. The mounting arm is tiny and offset from the body. It doesn't support a Bowens mount but instead needs some proprietary magnetic mounts for modifiers. The buttons and knobs are a bit wobbly and cheap, but functional. The power output at just 60W is at the very low end of usable. You have to get this light very close to the subject to use it effectively. If they made an 80W or 100W version of this, wrapped in aluminum, with a Bowens mount, for just a bit more money it would sell like hotcakes. This one really is a bit of a one-trick-pony, being a very portable low power light. It is great at what it does, but it could be so much more.
