Revenge body
This is no joke! I'm on the easiest level and it really is kicking my butt, I did 20 then rested for a minute and struggled to do another 20, this machine will definitely work your core and abs, if you stick to it I have no doubt it will definitely do the trick. I'm in good shape but lack core and I'm not gonna lie I may be a little scared of this 🤣 but revenge body here I come... I highly recommend

Was decently easy to put together and have used it ever day since then. Already noticing it getting easier even after just a week. Can't wait to see the long term results.

Great workout but hard on your knees.
Easy to assemble and works great. The only issue is the padding that your knees rest upon. This wears down quickly and you begin to feel the metal on your knees making it uncomfortable to use.

Very sturdy and was easy to put together. It’s very humbling to use, didn’t have the core strength I expected. I like that it’s not too bulky and can easily fold down to store away.

Great ab workout!
It was really easy to put together and came with all the tools to do so. It works really good! I have been using it randomly for a couple days and it has made my abs so sore. I was especially happy feeling my lower abs being sore because that area is always hardest for me to target. I am excited to see the progress of this machine that it does on my body. Easy to use, easy to assemble and it works. The reviewer who said careful about overdoing it the first day is right. You feel it but you don't feel sore but that next day you definitely do 😂 anyways I would recommend this ab machine. It is also very fun and folds up easy!

Too difficult to use
Look even my 16 and 12 year olds could hardly use this thing. I did manage to do a couple reps and yes the next day I felt the burn. But its so wobbly and takes up too much space even with being able to fold for us to have kept it. I don't want a machine aroind that is THIS difficult to use.
