Well designed, functional and looks robust. Longevity still to be determined.To use fill cup, screw on blending blades and simply pop onto motor unit guided by the side lugs. Press down on cup to blend. Simple.Previous Bosch model was much more difficult to align as everything had to be screwed together just right. It only lasted 3 months before shearing.All the supplied cups are also well designed with straight walls and no shoulders so all your smoothie drains out easily. Blender powerful and works really well. Haven't tried grinder yet.

Used just one month after that it stopped working. Also whenever I blended anything it was smelled like something was burning like wires or something. Doesn’t like this product. Waste of money.

This is a really quality machine that does exactly what I want it to do, which is, make smoothies. However all the information on the manual says that the container needs to be put onto the base and "locked" clockwise. I watched YouTube videos which seemed to confirm this (apart from one I think). I actually got in touch with Tenker Chat, who were very helpful, but also told me that the container needed to be locked in place, clockwise, like a larger normal general type blender.It doesn't.You fit it into the slots and press for either pulse,or for longer blends of around 30 secs. The base is quite stable with strong suction cups and just using hand pressure to engage the motor works perfectly fine.Hope my experiences will help others who may be taken in by duff Tenker instructions :-)

The blades easily crush ice and nuts, and the motor base has suction cups to keep it stable, which is great when you’ve got kids and pets running around. The cups and lids are made of durable plastic and are dishwasher-safe, making cleanup quick and easy. I’ve been using it daily, and it’s been reliable with no leaks - plus, it’s not any noisier than other blenders I’ve tried. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space in the kitchen, and both my wife and I love using it. It’s a great addition to our kitchen, and I highly recommend it.

Nice blender, easy to use & clean. Works with ice. My only negative is the sip lids don't seem to close very well on one of them, so can't use it. Other one seems ok.

The media could not be loaded. This stylish mini blender is really neat, it's compact and looks great on the counter top. Although compact, combined with it's two 650ml bottles (complete with travel lids) you can kick out lots of seriously delicious drinks in rapid time.The device is really simple to use, just fill the bottles with your chosen goodies, fruit, ice cream, juices etc up to the max line then screw on the lid - complete with ultra sharp blades. Turn the bottle upside down and locate this in the blender body. Gently press down until it's blended to taste. Then either pour into glasses or put on the travel lids to take with you! It's really easy.Dishwasher safe bottles, everything is super easy to clean.We've made ice cream smoothies, fruit smoothies, crushed nuts and ice and it does all of these with ease.We loved the variety of drinks we can make really quickly, very healthy alternative to the fizzy drinks our kids normally crave and they say they much prefer the smoothies!Build quality is really good, feels solid and has suction cups to hold it steady on the work surface.This is a fantastic addition to anyone's kitchen, to make healthy and tasty drinks the whole family will enjoy.
