Bought for my endo, do a really good job of relieving some of the pain. Ideal for work, don’t burn me like heat pads and last a long time! Just like a plaster,so super discrete for work. Would highly recommend

I use these for restless legs which I get if I eat gluten or certain types of sugar in excess. I cut one strip in half and stick one half to each foot bottom and another two half to top or side of each foot. Helps me sleep. Seems that the strong peppermint is probably very anti-inflammatory and the cooling sensation helps. I fimd that I don't really use them for period pain, because you can't put a hot water bottle on your abdomen after using these because the 'cold/menthol' sensation become too strong with heat. Also not sure whether the glue might have a negative effect, I'm so sensitive during menses. But I might give them another go for period pain as well, they did help take some of the pain away, from memory. (Side note: My period pain is mainly caused by histamines, yeast and mycotoxins.)

they feel super nice and refreshing on your body. sort of like mint and are reasonably effective. i find personally they only work for low level cramps and don’t have much of an effect if they’re the type of cramps that need medicine but apart from that great. would definitely recommend

Very useful being in strips as I have a spine problem, so being able to place it exactly where I need it is a great help. Easy to get the back off and does definitely helps with my pain.

Really great if you're struggling with cramps, they work wonders! Just be careful when opening the packet, sometimes if I open it too carelessly the zip part rips and I find the strips don't work as well. So make sure you open gently with some scissors and then pull the zip part carefully to make sure it doesn't pull! They last ages and I find the menthol smell soothing

Doesn't work at all for me. Glue is a joke, not stay on the skin, no effect for me

I bought these for a lower back pain that I occasionally suffer with, alongside heat patches so I could alternate them. I first used this one at night, as you're not supposed to sleep in the heat patches, and I really liked it. It stayed put, felt comfortable and provided ease to the pain. It was easy enough to remove after 12+ hours of wear too. However, I then decided to wear one during the day and quickly realised that the adhesive is rubbish if you're trying to get on with life. Straight away it snagged on my jeans and then after that it was game over, it lasted a few hours at best before it rolled off and got stuck to my jeans. The value for money isn't the best either if I'm honest. Although they dont break the bank, given that they don't last unless you're not moving, I wouldn't rush to buy these again.

I've been using the Monthly Patches for a few years now so I was excited to see these pop up on Amazon. I put it on my lower back today and it's got my through the whole day in the office without having to keel over. There have been a few times where I thought it might be peeling off, so I've had to smoothe it back down against the skin. But I imagine there's no patch out there that would stay on like that and provide such a good soothing feeling as long as these do.I can't speak to the sweat resistance, but they did seem to stay put better than my last batch of the monthly patches, so I imagine they're doing what they;re designed to - especially in this heat!! All in all, another fantastic patch, well done.
