Great product and very effective probiotic.

This is the only probiotic I’ve taken that simply works as it says it will. Noticeable results in about 10 days.

I call this one All-in-One, a Probiotic that supports your digestive system, promotes better sleep along with supporting occasional stress. There’s nothing else better out there in the market. Not only my gut has been regulated, my sleep has improved and I’ve noticed lower stress levels. I would not go back to any other probiotic out there. Another great product from this maker. Something to take to ease dinner and sleep well. I like that. It’s a different combination that is effective with keeping me relaxed and sleep better because my stomach isn’t going on all night. Good product.

Easy to swallow and works as described.

Didn't help my diarrhea at all. No noticeable changes with digestion or stomach upset

I got these for my mother that has high stress levels. To the point that it’s affecting her hair. She was actually eager to try them and see. So far I actually see her a bit calmer and in a somewhat relaxed mood. She’s been using for a month so far and it helped her a bit I believe. I do believe it may also be in the head as well so who knows really. I will say that it’s a bit pricey for use to keep buying but if she wants to continue then I’ll buy it for her.
