Helps but does not stop the original problem of poor design.
Perfect fit on my craftsman garden tractor, I also welded ½” round stock on both sides so the tires stop and won’t turn to a 90 degree and bulldoze, which causes all the other steering parts to wear out, causing excessive sloppiness, and toe OUT, I also replaced the short tie rod ends which were also worn out, much cheaper than purchasing the adjustable drag links that are not guaranteed to fit. The original steering design is junk, my tires went 90 degree once, in loose soil, and it actually broke the wheel hub.
