I bought this set when it was on special on Amazon Prime Day. It was a bit of a splurge but I am so happy I got it. The attachment that I am using the most is the red light attachment. It is so easy to be sitting up in bed reading and just holding that thing to various areas of my face. The micro current device and attachment are great but they do take some time and dedication. I really believe in the concept and I like the results that I am seeing. I know I'd see more if I could get in the habit of using it daily! I also really like the conducting products that came with this set.

Got the Trinity + as a Prime Day purchase a couple of months ago. I’ve been meaning to write a review and here it is. It worked 3 times. Could not make it function after that, tried everything to troubleshoot, reset…. Also when using around eyes on forehead and temple areas I saw flickering lights in my head which nobody else could see and felt zapping. Probably cooked some brain cells. I’ve had professional facials and have never experienced the electric currents so strong or saw a strobe light effect. I thought maybe my pressure was too much and wanted to see if the next time it was less intense but it stopped working. I didn’t realize there were so many negative reviews until I looked now. And honestly the model is of a woman with flawless skin. No before or after pics and terrible directions. It’s a follow the app as you go. I was able to get a refund quickly tho.It’s time consuming and you’re supposed to use it frequently. I’ve read that noticeable results are very temporary.

So far so good with this product. It's too soon to say about results.Surprisingly positive: The gel and lotion that come with the bundle are scent-free. This is way ahead of many in the industry because it means more people can use what comes free with the device since scented products exclude many users. Also, of course, we wouldn't wnat to push toxins deep into the skin (if one is knowledgeable about fragrances which they apparently are in this choice).The App: The app is overall good so far. But, I haven't used all of the options. In the high forehead option though, the app stalled, asking me over and over to change attachments which I had done. There was no way to tell the app to skip that step and so no way to move on. You have to just exit out of the program and start over.Needs Improvement: There was a bump in the road at first. The Amazon description at the time I purchased did not clearly state that for the Trinity Plus, the regular Trinity attachments do NOT work. You have to get attachments that state Trinity Plus Only.Good Customer Service: The seller did allow me to return my Trinity attachment promptly and sent me the link for the correct Trinity Plus attachment. But, they need to make the descriptions on products clearer in this regard. I have not yet received the refund for the attachment, but I assume that will come promptly once received.

I can actually feel my facial muscles tightening. It is not a waste of money. I cannot use the lotion it comes with since it makes my skin develop some cyst like blemishes. I use a clear aloe gel and it does the job!

From what I can read online, this is fairly common with the NuFace device. It stops connecting via Bluetooth so you can't do your session. Trying to contact support is basically worthless. Resetting the device is not solve the problem. I would not recommend buying this device since you can't get any help if there's a problem. Too expensive for that type of service

Fantastic. Been using the Trinity for about 10 years. It really does what the manufacturer says it will do. Results are very goods and immediate.
