This pillow is a game changer! I wish I had bought one before. I no longer wake up with an aching neck and shoulders. This pillow is just so comfortable and I find I drop off to sleep much quicker. It also stays cool which is another bonus. It is firm and remains in shape all night. Definitely value for money and swift delivery too.

Invested in this after I started having intense pains in my shoulders. Based on reviews, this is one of the best out there on a budget. Shape is a bit weird, but is perfect for side sleepers. Been sleeping much better after getting this. Memory foam is responsive, very soft and helps keep shoulders/neck supported no matter how you sleep.

This is my experience. First night was difficult as the pillow was so different from your ordinary one. It was too high and cold. I was very disappointed and put the pillow aside. A week later I noticed that the top of the pillow was a bit lower than the bottom. I tried it again, only this time I turned it upside down. It made such a difference for me and I had a comfortable night sleep. My neck and shoulders were supported in the right place, no pain in the morning. I like a cool pillow in the evening that becomes warm in the morning.

I nearly sent this pillow back simply because it was different to what I was used to, normally sleep on a flat pillow. Have been having bouts of bad neck & shoulder pain, possibly due to a trapped nerve so decided to try this pillow due to the reviews it being good for neck pain. Felt higher up than what I was used too even on the lower position side & firmer but I kept trying it as it does feel supportive to the neck. Took a while to settle into it but by morning it is so comfortable I don't want to get up! My neck pain went anyway as it generally lasts around 2 weeks but hoping it may help prevent future pain.

Lovely and soft seemed great but had to return as caused an allergic reaction on face.

Very soft yet supportive, could be higher to support shoulder more. Unfortunately the smell is so strong/chemical it's very off putting ...I will give it an air on the washing line and if it doesn't fade I will have to return it.

I was suffering with bad tension in my neck which was causing me headaches, this pillow has definitely changed that, after a couple of nights sleeping on it, the tension and headaches have gone completely, it feels a bit weird at first but after a week or so you get used to it, it’s quite firm, but not hard. I just pop it in side a regular pillowcase to match bedding, it will definitely be coming on holiday with me.

Hmm i’m not sure about this :( I was suffering with headaches, neck ache, back pain and sore shoulders, I have tried lots of different pillows, so far this is the comfiest, however its very chunky, so i feel like my head is too high, which still seems to be causing headaches and neck pain, I also can’t sleep on my front with this due to its height which is a shame. Going to persevere, but not sure it will be much help to me :(
