Unfortunately my psoriasis gets extremely bad, covering half my head. A small movement from my head and I’ve flakes falling as though it’s a snowy day.Prescription medication is generally steroid based and it has a negative effect if used regularly. I try to use it only once a week, but in the meantime I needed something to effectively remove the flaky loose skin; it is an embarrassing condition as well as horrendously itchy and often painful. It’s extremely difficult to not scratch.I tried a different product from Amazon with a hefty price tag which was brand for psoriasis. Omg, once applied the stinging was unbearable, which I may have put up with if it helped. I used the whole container as directed and the results were poor.In fact, I’ve used too many different products to count.I was wary of purchasing yet another product, but my son wanted some to lift minor flaky scalp, probably a build up of product on his scalp. I felt even if it didn’t help me, it would hopefully assist him.Im aware of this brand for offering premium products at a low price, which are highly sought after.I used it the day it arrived, although cautiously and awaiting the stinging…but I felt zero irritation, nothing except the cold liquid running through my scalp. It’s a water like substance, therefore take it steady when squeezing the container and use it somewhere appropriately, incase of spillage.I probably left it on double the time by accident as I dozed off. Thankfully no adverse effects.I showered and washed and conditioned my hair as normal and proceeded to blow dry my hair.I was extremely surprised to find my scalp to what I could feel as 100% flake free and my scalp felt clean and smooth. I will add I’d previously applied my psoriasis treatment a few days previously and my scalp was only inflamed and flaky slightly.My hair was also very clean and I had lots of baby hairs sticking out, I’d say this is from dehydration from this product. A major amount of my hair was too dry as I used a lot of this product. In future, I will use a hair mask afterwards.It didn’t ‘treat’ my psoriasis and approximately 3 days later my flakiness and itching started to return. However, I’m extremely happy with the product, it certainly worked as advertised and I will continue to use it as an in between treatment to keep my flakes under control.Fantastic product, very easy to use, excellent results and fantastic value. I will definitely re purchase when needed.

I’ve been using The Inkey List Salicylic Acid Scalp Treatment for a while now, and it’s fantastic! It’s made such a difference in reducing the greasiness of my scalp. I love that it’s lightweight and easy to apply, and I’ve found that leaving it on overnight works even better for me than the recommended 10 minutes. By the morning, my scalp feels so much fresher and balanced, and my hair seems to stay cleaner for longer. It’s an excellent product for anyone struggling with an oily scalp. Highly recommend!

Very early to tell whether I will get results from this but I’m hopeful. A few days in and a small change noticed. Will review again in a month.

My hair is always greasy the next day after washing. However after using this for a few times before I wash my hair and I have noticed it no longer gets greasy as quickly. I can now go for a few days between washes before it gets greasy.Great product and can see results from just a few uses.Definitely will be continuing to use this and recommend to others to try if you also have hair that's quickly greasy.

I have yet to use the product as I have just received today but unhappy with the lack of seal on the product itself or the box.

I have really oily hair. I would never be able to wear my hair down the day after washing it would honestly look like i dipped my head in a bucket of grease. It was embarrassing. I have tried a million and one different products as I don't want to make my hair worse by washing it everyday. But for the first time ever this actually done what it said it would each and everytime. I can style my hair and leave it down the next day and it's looks fresh. Even the day after while I wouldn't be able to leave it down it still looks so so much better. I have done the treatment of leaving it in my hair for 10 minutes before a shower and using it on wet hair in the shower before you use shampoo and honestly both times have been great though I prefer the 10 minute before a shower but that could be down to the head message. I would recommend this 10 times over it really is brilliant

I had a few small dry patches on my scalp and I would put this salicyclic acid onto my scalp and sit in the sauna or steam room for about 10 to 15 mins - literally only took a few uses for my scalp to get back to normal completely!Highly recommend - maybe wrap a towel or pop a shower cap on if you haven't got access to sauna or steam room in the gym
