Very portable and great picture
Bought this for an outside tv on my patio. Its so light and easy to just take in at night. I didn't want to Mount a tv and then buy covers to weatherproof it. Great picture! Easy to set up MLB and YouTubeTV. Great value and the navigation within the tv home screen is nice. I also loaded Pandora and now I have a nice outdoor radio as well. I can move this tv to the garage or front porch or back patio with ease!

Nice tv
Love the size. Not to small not to big. Did not care for the way the hdmi and USB slots face all one way in the back. Directions for using everything the TV offers are limited but can be figured out. I would recommend a sound bar with this one as you have to turn it way up. Overall very nice tv.

Quality and Customer Service is Lacking
Both the quality of this product and the complete lack of customer support I have received throughout this ongoing ordeal has been terrible.Around Christmas, I purchased this TV for my son because he didn’t need anything fancy. From the beginning, the picture was distorted and overly colorful unless we went into settings to manually adjust it. Every time the channel changed or a commercial came on, the issue would return. Despite these issues, we tried to make it work, but ultimately ended up exchanging it.The second TV I received was broken upon arrival. Fortunately, this return process went smooth.However, the third replacement worked for a while and then began having sound issues. The audio would only return after performing a hard reset—and even then, only temporarily. I attempted to return this defective TV as well, but ran into repeated roadblocks due to not having the original shipping materials.When I contacted support, I clearly explained that I did not have the original shipping materials and was exhausted from repeatedly returning broken products. I was given no viable solution or meaningful help. I then drove to the local Best Buy store, where I was told the return could not be completed there and I needed to go to UPS. Even though the return label said I could return in store and was confirmed via email with BestBuy. While there I inquired about shipping materials and the store staff assured me UPS would provide packaging materials at no extra charge.This turned out to be false.At UPS, I was told there would be a cost. I called Best Buy customer support again, now having wasted my day going back and forth. I explained my situation and asked several times to speak with a manager after 45 minutes of no resolution. Not only was my request denied, but the support agent ultimately hung up on me in frustration. After being treated so poorly, I returned to the store one final time where—after another round of explaining and waiting—the return was finally completed. Ironic.The overall experience has been exhausting, disorganized, and disappointing. I’ve spent time, energy, and money trying to fix problems with products that never should have failed in the first place. There was no accountability from the support team, and I was repeatedly misinformed, dismissed, and left to resolve issues on my own. All this hassle is not worth the savings I thought I’d have.

It's a TV
I mean, it's a smart TV. It works the way it's supposed to. Just has a lot of updates as soon as you set it up. Oddly enough, it was the Prime app that had the slight issues.

Excellent quality and Value
I bought a "40" insignia TV as a replacement for my bedroom TV, the clarity is unreal , the one I replaced is also an insignia had since 2013 still works but the TV menu screen keeps flashing, long story short this is the best TV for your money, very easy setup no problems so far just got it yesterday I don't foresee any problems, I highly recommend.

Clean TV great price can't beat it
I really like this TV my only complaint would be the apps are kind of hard to use. I do not have cable so I just use Netflix and Amazon movie so on the homepage it has all different available apps but what I do not like is when you are looking for a movie in the Amazon app it still shows you movies that you have to pay for when you do not have those subscriptions. It may say Amazon prime on the top but it's still shows you different subscriptions. The quality of the TV itself is wonderful great color picture comes through nicely the sound is great just wish the app was a little more directed to whichever subscription you may have.
