Update 2: Replacement Boogaloo: Changing my rating to reflect the new update. After I left a low review for receiving defective products, Zesproska reached out to me to see what the problem was. When told that I had received two defective products they asked for pictures of the problem part and, when given, immediately put a replacement product in the mail for me. They checked up on me several times to make sure I was satisfied with the product, apologized greatly, and even sent me follow up emails when I didn't realize I had sent too many pictures in the one email, causing it to not send out at all without telling me.The new product was non defective and had all the right parts. The drywall screws seem to.be working fine, and overall the pot rack is now finally settled on my wall. It seems as sturdy and reliable as all the other good reviews have given it, and worth the money.So definitely worth it if/once you receive a full and complete product. Just know to reach out to Zesproka if you have any issues with the product. Their customer service is very prompt and speedy and work to make sure you get a working product.Update: Ordered the same product again after a refund, it once again came with defective parts. I am sick of this crappy quality and will not be buying from this company again.I'll change this rating if I receive a fixed product. All the parts appeared to be in the box, however the triangular mount that connects rack with the wall has the holes in the wrong spot, making it unable to be put together at all and useless. Put in a return and will try again as other than that the pieces seemed sturdy and good quality.

I recently downsized from a home to an apartment. My kitchen is half the size of my former one so organization was key. This Wall Pot Rack fit the bill. Using it provided me with the additional space and it is so convenient. It is attractive on my wall and can hold all my pots and a few utensils. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. I am very pleased.

I am absolutely 110% satisfied with the pan rack I purchased!! I LOVE it!! It holds so much and saves a LOT of space in my cupboards! It's incredible how much weight it can hold. We made sure to install it by screwing it into the studs in the wall just to make sure it stays put! I have been telling everyone about it and even put a pic on FB to show my far away friends and family! We just remodeled our countertops and cabinets so this was purchased to help spruce up my kitchen as part of some of the accessories I added. Thank you!

I wish I could have actually used this product, but it didn't line up with the studs in my kitchen and had to be sent back. It assembled super easy, seemed sturdy and looked nice. The only other kitchen rack I've had let you manually adjust the anchor points so it could work in any kitchen.3 star for stud placement/no way to change connection point5 star for look, ease of assembly and assumed durability based on the weight/feel of the item

Wow do I love this! We finally invested in high-quality pots and pans and didn't want them to be stacked in our cupboards. We have a small kitchen, so we had no room for a ceiling rack. This was perfect. Perfect size, perfect everything. Our pans are held up there next to wall, very securely. We also had room for three spatulas in front.It was easy to install and was exactly as described.

UODATE: This company is amazing. They went above and beyond all expectations and worked hard to make sure I got a replacement that was straight. I am so impressed. You can buy with confidence from them! Customer service was beyond wonderful. Thank you Zesproka! Original review: It was easy to install, but the hanging bars are very crooked. The shelf itself is level but the bars are not, and it's driving me crazy every time I look at it. I'm not going to return because I've already put anchors in my wall. The shelf itself is sturdy.

After having a quality issue with this product I was very upset and left a one star review. The seller emailed me the next day and after going into more detail they immediately shipped a new product. Had no issues with the replacement and it works great! Word of advice though be careful not to tighten the nuts down to much as the bolts broke off the frame very easy on the first product.

Since I wrote the first review about my disappointment with missing unlabeled parts, the customer service team contacted me immediately. They were emphatic and solved my problem of the missing screws, not by sending me 6 new screws, which I would have been completely satisfied, but instead sent me a new Zesproka Kitchen Wall Pot Rack. That's what I call concern for the customer and making sure, I was totally satisfied. My wall pot pan rack is installed, not only does it look great but functions perfectly.
