NuFACE Refreshed Mini Facial Toning Device, Caribbean Sea

I bought the original one with a battery years ago and I love it so much. I brought this one for a friend. It is it is not a quick fix. It really works if you use it a few days a week or more. It doesn't take long once you are used to it and I find it lifts my face and makes my skin look better. I do take collagen powder and drink a lot of water which helps too.

I ordered my NuFace & it didn't work. No problem getting a replacement - - but! the 2nd one didn't work and I am still waiting to have a pick up to return it & get a credit. I have called twice & each time I was assured there would be a pick up but that was 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed!

UPDATE!!! I wrote the review below right after I received it...not even 6 months later and it no longer works...no warranty what's so ever..i am sure this company is making money while the can..because they have a defective product I!!! really like the nuface..it is my third one..they usually last a couple years..I mostly use it around my cheekbones to lift the face..not a miracle worker BUT works well for a mini uplift.

I used this facial toning device on and off for about two weeks, the gel is almost out, and I am still waiting to see my skin improvement. A tub of gel does not last long, I need to find a place to buy it in a more reasonable price.

I used this product for a few months. The gel primer was not suitable for me (I have sensitive skin) as it causes redness and itchiness after the first use. Later I switch to other water-based gel and Aloe Vera gel. But I noticed after a few months continuous of usage, my face start to develop small red dry patches randomly over the surface of my face. These dry patches are super itchy and sometimes can be intolerable especially during night time. it will wake me up (scratch like a cat) and I have to apply some calming cream to stop the itch. I am wondering if these are tiny burn marks caused by the microcurrent. I tried to stop for a few weeks and the red patches will heal up. But when I tried the device again, the red patches came back within a few days. I repeated this sequence a few time and finally, I have to say this device is not suitable for me.

This died within 2 weeks of using. I charged it for a full day, per the directions, and it turned on and worked great the first time. Next time it wouldn’t turn on. It has never turned on since. I’ve called and tried troubleshooting to no avail. Don’t waste your money.

Gave this as a Christmas gift and was told its a great product. Noticeable results after the first use!!
