Reliable 110V power to keep my laptop alive in the field
There are LOTS of different products on the market like this. I have many Deltran battery tenders that I use on my cars and equipment. I have been very pleased for the most part with them so I decided to buy this Deltran product. I bolted it to the top of a marine battery box and connected to the deep cycle battery inside. It keeps my mobile electronics powered when I'm working in the field away from a good 110v source.Very please so far.

120w model has fixed cable
Works well as expected. The one downside is that the 120w model does not include a detachable cable with SAE connector as the photos suggest, rather it is fixed and only uses a "cigarette lighter" connector. This makes it impossible to use on my motorcycle, where I have no such connector, and a pain even in my car, as I have a 15A SAE connector already wired. It's easy enough to modify, but would have been better if the photos were accurate.

Stopped working after 2 mins.
BROKEN after 2 mins of use.I was well under the 200w power usage, even the indicator said I was only using 25% of the power. Plugged it in to test my aerator pump and it literally stopped working after using it for less than 2 mins. The fuse was still good, swapped out a new one and that didn’t fix anything. Could smell something burnt inside.I bought it back in July and barely using it now as I was building my project pond, so returning it is out of the question.I thought going with with a name brand was going to mean it was good quality but guess I was wrong.

Works on AGM batteries --- Will not work on Lifep04 batteries
Worked fine when hooked up to an AGM battery. Tried to use it on a Lifep04 battery and it gives an overvoltage error and shuts down.

Compact Unit For Low Power
Bought this to replace a higher power inverter on a solar system that was consuming too much power internally. This unit is compact, and supplies both AC and DC (USB) outputs, easy to install.

Solid small inverter
Good quality for a small inverter what you would expect from battery tender. Input cables are just long enough and are heavy gauge.
