I love this Magnesium and my body loves it too. It helps me to relax at night and releases and it helps to relieve muscle soreness.

I found out I was severely magnesium deficient in the hospital after cancer surgery in recent months and added this into my supplements right away. Amazing changes in my body, internally and externally. If you have trouble swallowing large capsules it may not be for you but I have had several years experience with Seeking Health and great results with their supplements and this one, I have my teenage daughter take as well (and she has trouble with large capsules but trusts the results and has figured out a way to take it). What is great about this is it contains silica, which is important to combine. I am not a doctor so I will not give any advice that goes beyond, it works for my daughter and I and I just ordered my next refill.

My naturopath recommended that my husband and I take this at night to help with sleep. It works terrifically for both of us. I didn’t realize that most people are magnesium deficient, and now realize that I was one of them.

New packaging now only has 90 capsules not 100 as stated.

My problem wasn’t going to sleep, it was going back to sleep after waking up to feed my baby. Sometimes it would take me several hours and with this magnesium, my sleep has drastically improved. Love this!

This stuff is seriously amazing for muscle relaxation!! Usually I only take one pill at a time before bed, and within 10-15 minutes or so I feel physically more relaxed. I can’t say that about many other supplements (as far as actually feeling them work, and quickly at that). Anyway, last night I was extremely anxious due to reading/obsessing over a specific news story and my whole body was tensed up. I couldn’t relax/fall back asleep and after an hour in desperation I took two pills at once (300 mg). Omg, it was amazing. As I lie in bed willing myself to relax, 10 minutes or less after taking the pills I suddenly felt a wave of calm wash over me. If I didn’t know better I would have guessed someone had slipped me a prescription anxiety drug. Seriously! This stuff works wonders for relaxation. Try it for yourself!!
