I've had these chews on auto ship for several months now in an attempt to reduce my cholesterol levels naturally and without prescription medications (elevated due to perimenopause, not diet). The chews are tasty, not at all medicinal flavored or textured. I'll have routine labs done again soon to document effectiveness of this method. I'll definitely continue buying these chews.

I like the flavor of these chocolate tasting chews. Having 4 per day makes me feel good. I believe the plant stanols will help control my cholesterol but too soon to know. After this bag, I will have take a cholesterol blood test to see.

Much to my surprise, these little chews are really making a difference in my numbers. I have chewed only two per day (one after lunch and one after dinner) faithfully for the last 4 months. I just got my lipid numbers back yesterday and my LDL has come down 24 points! And I was really worried about it because I have actually not been too great on my diet and have gained maybe 3-5 lbs in the last 4 months as well. The only thing I have added to my normal habits are the two chews daily and walking 30 minutes per day maybe an additional 2 days per week. (I had been walking 30 min 3-5 x per week and now probably do 30 min 5-7 x per week). I can imagine that if I did the regular daily dose of chews (4 per day) I would get even better results but they are kind of pricey and LDL of 109 I can live with! They are also very tasty. I feel like I get a little rich chocolatey treat after lunch and dinner to help satisfy my sweet tooth. :)**** update **** 4/1/24 just had my bloodwork checked again. Total cholesterol 147. LDL 71. These are the best numbers I’ve ever had. Dr. Is very pleased. I will continue to have 1-2 chews daily.

This definitely helped me achieve my health goals and I was honestly surprised at the results. Its just like a tootsie roll. I would prefer if it had less sugar/calories and the price is so high but with these results I think Im a believer.

These have been a game changer for me. I enjoy the taste and my cholesterol numbers are going down.

I have been using this brand’s margarin for many years now. They show .42 per chewable candy but then you have to eat 4 of them to get the suggested full dosage. That means $1.68 per day and more than $50 per month. Then we need to add the cost of other pills to maintain the amount of sugar in our blood. The cost should be seen per full suggested dose and not misleading this way.

I have high cholesterol due to genetics. I didn't want to go on statins b/c of likely bad metabolizing predicted in tests. I tried this first. Was skeptical, as I wasn't able to follow a very good diet during the trial period of about six months. To my surprise, my cholesterol levels improved so much! I actually lowered them to below the threshold for bad/worrisome. It went just below. I'll keep using them and working on my diet to improve even more. Downside is, it is a big bag and you need to take four of them each day. I went on a trip and they took a bit of space as I packed for several weeks. Also, if you have sugar issues, these are pretty sweet. Finally, it's a bit pricey, and insurance won't cover, but it's worth it for health and not being on statins.
