Great for Disabled and Care givers
I used these when caring for a disabled person. They have the remote near them, and the receivers are placed in each side of the house or apartment. When the person needs attention, they press the button. The receivers are loud enough to be heard, and have a number of different "tunes" or sounds that can be used, so it's not irritating when you are called. Great gift for someone who needs care.

Works well.
Due to recent intrusions in our neighborhood, we are now locking the front gate. Installed this outside the gate mainly for deliveries. Came with 2 ringers, but we're only using 1. It is loud enough to hear anywhere in the house when someone pushes the bell outside the gate.
