Update: after my original 3 star review the seller contacted me and wanted to refund me in full because I wasn't completely satisfied so I changed my rating to 4 stars based on their commitment to customer satifaction. I think this is a very reputable seller who really cares about doing the right thing, which I really appreciate.It does not include the “service dog / JiePai” patch in the pictures. I selected this collar because I have a SharPei service dog and thought the patch was cool given the type of dog I have. I contacted the seller requesting one be sent to me thinking it was an oversight. They responded saying “customers didn’t like them so they stopped sending them last January”. I’m thinking to my self it’s a patch, if you don’t like it don’t use it. I also felt like it was a bit deceiving that all product images showing the collar with patch included and clearly it was discontinued some time ago and not mentioned in the description. The only other thing is not a big deal but not what I expected is the collar is nylon not the cotton / canvas “military type” material that I expected due to the belt buckle type design of this item. Otherwise it appears to be pretty durable and well made, just not what I expected. The seller did refund me $5 dollars because there was no patch. This was their suggestion to resolve the misrepresentation of the item, which I accepted.

I purchased this collar to match my Service Dogs vest (Coyote Brown) & it looks & matches good. I BBC really like the collar because there is no rough edges inside to rub or irritate him neck! It's sturdy & true to size. My only dislike is that it took me a long time to find a morale patch or any patch that was the exact size to cover the velcro. It takes a 1 1/2 × 3 patch to perfection & that size is difficult to find. I have ordered a patch I hope will work perfectly because I really like this collar!

I have recommended and had multiple friends purchase this collar 3 and counting!Update! My collars know have two! New dog got one immediately. And every dog i own will as well! my dogs collar is still in perfect condition. One very amazing detail the patch and padding are now permanently curved to comfortably fit along my dogs neck not like it's stiff but more memory foam-ish. Very durable it's thick wide the metal is sturdy it's perfect has a band to hold extra collar secure plenty of room for growth and I love the velcro and patch. Only downside is brand name on patch but who could blame them will probably buy a patch for it but it's a great collar well worth the money will rebuy if necessary

The worst part is the metal ring that you hook the leash or tie out on to.. It was easily pulled apart by my dog. Luckily I was still using 2 collars when I put him outside to potty because sadly we have tried breaks within a couple weeks. So after having it happen ao much I started using 2. I searched and searched and thought that this collar was going to be the one that was going to put my mind at ease when my dog is out to potty.I am having other issues as well. I was willing to ignore those as long as it was keeping him safely on his tie out in my yard. It is already starting to wear. The elastic bands that hold the excess collar are ripping and the place for a velcro patch is coming apart

Boone is a 2 1/2 year old Malinois/Shepherd mix in training to serve in search and rescue. The collar is a perfect addition as it is a stable platform for his Identification and GPS tacking device which is now sewn into the fabric. It allows for the harness/vest to carry other items that might be removed during his mission.

My 125lb, 2 year old pittie is hell on wheels.... he's very strong and very hyper so he stays outside in a kennel that has an ac/heater unit and running water. However, at night I put him on a lead so I'll know he's safe (he's already been stolen once but was so hyper they brought him back lol). So, after wrestling him for what seemed like hours, I finally managed to change his collar and now he actually seems to be more at ease. I think he feels comforted by the padding and width of the collar while it still stretches when he extends his lead at an accelerated rate. It almost acts like a shock absorber but the description didn't suggest that at all (maybe it should?) Everything about it is perfect! And the color selection is fun too! (the color I chose matches my Beaux perfectly!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Finally, a collar my dog can't break or pull off. Can't tell you how many collars I have bought cuz my dog, well she is stubborn and strong and doesn't like being stuck sometimes. The sweetest thing ever to my family but man does she hate that training time. This collar can keep up with her strength and neck size

It’s begun to rip and I don’t wanna worry about my giant dog ripping it completely. The metal turned colors very quickly.. and it does not come with the Velcro patch- I ordered it separately and it came in about 3 sizes smaller that I was anticipating. Maybe my fault for not ready the dimensions… but maybe there fault for advertising a Velcro patch that supposedly fits the size of the collar.
