Be careful with used products. Not as described.
The shoes are great. The fit and style are excellent. I bought the shoes used. I was very disappointed in their cleanliness. Filthy on the insides and fairly roughed up on the soles. I need them for a wedding so I can't return, but I was not at all pleased with the condition of the shoes. I would have only rated them in fair condition, not in good condition as described.

Sizing is off and poor customer service
First of all, the shoe style is cute. The description indicates they are leather, but they don't smell like leather and they feel like faux. The sizing is way off. I wear an 8.5M, but purchased the 9M after reading other reviews. The 9 was very short in length and tight overall. Therefore, I purchased the 9.5. Unfortunately, I am unable to tell how they fit as I never received them. Instead, I received a package from Amazon addressed to me with a laddle in it??? I did not order a laddle. This is the second shoe order from Amazon within a month where I did not receive the shoes. And since you can't ever find a customer service phone number for Amazon, you are forced to use their computerized return process. Now , I am being forced to go out of my way, waste my time and gas for the car to go to the UPS store to return a frickin $3 laddle in order to get a refund for the shoe purchase. Amazon, not only do you need to instill some better quality control in your shipping department, you also need to provide a customer service phone number so the customer can actually speak with a person. Additionally, some upfront transparency regarding your process of how you expect the customer to correct your errors would be beneficial or correct the policy altogether. It is totally unacceptable to expect your customers to correct your errors. You should be having one of your delivery personnel pick up items delivered in error rather than putting the burden on your customer.Follow Up: Purchased the 9.5 size for the second time and once again, I received the wrong item. This time they actually sent some Clark's shoes, but it was the wrong style and it was obvious these had been used as well. That was the last order I will place for shoes with Amazon. They clearly have issues in their fulfillment department.
