Chesapeake Bay CandlePT40886 Scented Candle, Awaken + Invigorate (Lemongrass Eucalyptus), Medium , Green, Home Décor

I was really excited for this candle. I've been experimenting with candles lately and wanted this to be the candle I burn while working from home. It arrived last night and as soon as I opened it this morning and gave it a whiff, my first thought was, "This smells like bug spray!" I briefly thought about returning it, but I was so looking forward to a candle touted as "awaken + invigorate" that I still wanted to at least give it a chance. So I went ahead and lit it and have had it going for awhile... still not great! The candle looks really nice and the smell isn't super offensive (kinda subtle actually), but it's just not pleasant for anyone who knows what roach spray smells like... I guess we can blame "Raid" for that. And like another reviewer said (wish I read that before I bought this), I smell no eucalyptus at all. It's so disappointing, but I guess that's the risk you take buying candles online rather than getting them in person so you can smell them first. I'm still going to give it a chance for the day and see if it grows on me or something, but I have low expectations at this point. And I surely won't be lighting it if I know anyone's coming over anytime soon for fear that they think I have roach problem.

Darn Pretty Good !! I enjoy thi candle when Iit it up. Scent is pretty good. It sure would be marvelous if it were buy one get one. I will buy more !!!!

Wanted a different scent. It is a personal choice. I like it but would not buy it again. The company has a great product line and the container is outstanding. This scent was not for me. I highly recommend their products.

I don’t really like the smell, it doesn’t stank or anything it just isn’t for me. The scent of the candle doesn’t spread around my room well it mostly stays in one area. It does burn for a long time and it didn’t come broke everything was In tacked.

I burned the candle for only a little while as myself nor my son liked the smell. It was not exactly what I imagined it would smell like and it did not make me feel invigorated, just anxious. This might not be a good option if you have BPD or AHDH.

Love this candle. Will buy more from this brand.

The scent is fresh and it smells really good! Gave it as a Christmas gift, just keep in mind, it’s not a BIG candle but for the price & brand, I think it’s a good deal.

I bought a LOT of candles from Amazon this year, and this is my favorite. Great scent, long lasting AND superior quality. The size is just right, and the lid is even the nicest I have seen. I am going to shop for more products from this company

Están bellísimas, incluso si las abres y las hueles, huelen bien, pero cuando las enciendes lo único que puedes oler durante horas es el humo de una veladora común y corriente sin aroma. Para mí fueron una decepción.
