Really good product. Works for headaches and puffy eyes, both of which are unfortunately a common occurrence for me. I like that you can use both sides. The fabric side is really soft and is great if the other side is too frozen, as it feels a little less cold. I simply turn it over if I need to as the cold wears off. The straps are adjustable and elastic, which is also a plus. It comes with a plastic bag that keeps it clean and free of smells from your refrigerator/freezer. Apparently you can heat it up in the microwave too - I haven’t tried this yet, but good to know. Glad I bought it.

Bought this for my sadly recently widowed mum who was suffering very puffy and sore eyes after shedding many tears, it made her smile when it was delivered and she found it very soothing and that it helped to reduce the puffiness.

I was a little cautious about buying this due to the negative reviews but went for it anyway.The item arrived well packaged, brand new and with instructions and is of a high quality.Time will tell if it actually makes any visual difference to my tired eyes as I only began using it yesterday. It is very soothing and a comfy fit due to the adjustable strap and is a good size to cover the whole of the eye area.The best thing about it is you can use it again and again so that's a bonus.

Nice product and comfortable to wear, but the plastic containing the beads broke after 2 days use, and the beads started to leak out of the mask. I've tried to repair it, but let's see how long it lasts.

This is a great product if you suffer from headaches, migraines or tired puffy eyes that sting. Pop it in the fridge and it feels lovely. One side has the beads and a smooth side which feels colder, the other side is soft and good if you can’t manage something too cold on your skin. Great item!

This is really lovely, and great value for money. Really well made, very comfortable and does what it states to do. It's really well packaged as well, it comes with a little hygiene bag so you can put it in your fridge. Very cute, n very soothing if you suffer with puffy eyes. I've only had it in the fridge because I don't really like very cold on my face, (so I've not tried it in the freezer) but it does help with puffiness, and I also have dry eyes from contact lenses. Highly recommend

De stoffen binnenkant maakt tussenlaag overbodig. Door klittenband blijft het goed zitten. Ik heb hem gebruik na oogoperatie en he was heel fijn, buigzaam om passend te maken. Aan te raden!

Très pratique pour les maux de tête et de yeux. S'utilise aussi bien à chaud qu'à froid, tout dépend du mal dont on souffre.

Lo que más me ha gustado es el tacto de la parte suave de la máscara. La uso 5 min después de meterla en el congelador. Me ayuda a relajarme sobre todo cuando llevo mucho tiempo en el ordenador.

Muy bien! lo recomiendo. Aun mas que el vendedor es muy amoroso con una muy buena mensaje ademas de venir con una bolsa para poner la mascara en la nevera o freezer para que no agarre alores de otras cosas. Lo reomiendo.

Tenía mis dudas sobre la calidad del producto, pero viene bien rematado. Por un lado es el plástico transparente por el que se ven las bolitas de gel, por el otro es de una tela suave como con pelito muy agradable al tacto.Yo lo utilizo para relajarme antes de dormir, lo saco del congelador, me echo la crema contorno de ojos y me va muy bien.
